Pretty holiday home with pool and garden for the whole family from 2 to 8 pax

The Casa Ilse and its apartment provides plenty room for 8 people.

The house is located on a 780sqm large, fenced property with a well-tended garden. The 4m x 8m large swimming pool is surrounded by a tiled south-facing terrace. From the south side of the house there is a 4m x 8m shade roof, here you will also find a dining area for up to ten people. Behind the house is a shady terrace to the east side.
The property offers park space for at least 2 cars and can be locked with a radio-controlled gate.
The house was built in 1997 and 2003 the apartment was added. Both were newly renovated in 2018.

Casa Ilse (main house downstairs) has about 116sqm of converted area. The rooms are divided as follows:

1 large living room with dining area
1 bedroom with kingsize bed and bathroom en suite (shower, toilet, bidet) & ceiling fan
1 bedroom incl. kingsize bed & ceiling fan
1 bedroom with two single beds & fan
1 bathroom with bathtub, W/C, bidet, accessible from the hallway.
1 generously equipped kitchen with storage.
Amenities:
The living room is equipped with a fireplace for cold days, cozy living & dining room furniture as well as a large TV with reception of German and Portuguese and some English spoken channel.
In the kitchen you will find a 4 burner gas stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, as well as all electrical appliances and utensils needed for cooking, frying and baking.
In the storeroom there is, among other things, a washing machine.
For the cold season is a gas central heating installed, which will be charged separately according to gas consumption.

The Apartment "Ilse" is 50sqm + about 17sqm winter garden.
It's included:
1 sleeping room with queensize bed & ceiling fan.
1 bathroom with shower & W/C
1 open plan kitchen/living room incl. dining area, a cozy fireplace and a large TV .
The kitchen is equipped with a 2 burner ceramic hob
Refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and all other utensils that belong in a modern kitchen. There is a washing machine available as well.

The house (good for 6 person) including the apartment (good for 2 person) on the upper floor is conveniently and flexible for 8 people.
From more than 4 persons, an additional flat rate per person is charged, in this case the apartment will be included. In case of booking you will be the only user of the whole object.

Sehr schönes Haus und tolle Lage
Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Von der Übergabe durch das überaus freundliche Ehepaar Agostinho und Maria, sie sprechen auch deutsch bis zum letzten Tag hat alles gepasst. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich. Natürlich benötigt man ein Auto, fußläufig gibt es keine Geschäfte, aber mit dem Auto hat man alles so im Umkreis von 5-10 Autominuten. Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt und alles verlief reibungslos, so wie man es sich im Urlaub eben vorstellt. Lieben Dank wollen wir nochmals sagen und até breve.

Klein maar fijn.
Het huis was wat aan de kleine kant voor 8 personen, zeker gezien de prijs. Alles echter aanwezig en goed verzorgd. Overstroming in appartement, was gezien meubilair niet de eerste keer!

Excelente localização
Local calmo, próximo da praia do Cabeço e com uma piscina agradável. O Sr. Agostinho resolveu rapidamente pequenos problemas que apareceram. Vivenda muito bem equipada em que falta apenas uma máquina de café de cápsulas e, como apanhámos 42 ºC, sentimos a falta de ar condicionado. A repetir.

Fantastic spring break
Great property with nice south facing outside areas. The urbanisation is a little remote from Castro Marim and a car is necessary. Easy access to great beaches and the motorway. The area is less well known than some of the Algarve but full of history.

Wir hatten mit unseren 4 Kindern eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Haus mit dem tollen Pool! Was in dieser heißen Zeit wirklich prima war, dass es die große gemauerte Überdachung vor dem Haus hin zum Pool gab, so dass wir dort beschattet am großen Tisch gemeinsam essen und spielen konnten. Auch prima: separates Apartment oben, also reichlich Platz und: doppelt Kühlschrank :)) Der Pool ist auf einer Seite schön tief, so dass wir alle sehr gerne reingesprungen sind;)) W-lan perfekt, und die Betreuung vor der Buchung freundlich und schnell, und vor Ort auch perfekt: jederzeit (deutsch) ansprechbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit, und uns erwarteten schon schön gekühlte landestypische Getränke zur Begrüßung.

Schönes Haus nahe Castro Marim
Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Wir haben uns in der "Casa Ilse" sehr wohl gefühlt. Hier spürt man, dass der Eigentümer gelegentlich selber sein Haus nutzt. Es fehlte an nichts. Auch eine gute Betreuung durch den Verwalter, der stets Hilfe leistete und zudem gute Tipps gab. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, Sehr sauber und sehr ruhig, Die Küche ist mit Geschirr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind nett eingerichtet. 2 Badezimmer. Alles ist sauber und funktionsfähig. Wichtig ist ein Mietauto, was aber wohl nicht extra anzumerken ist. Es gibt sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung Dieser Urlaub war absolut top. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hierherkommen.

Super Häuschen mit viel Platz und tollem Pool
Wir hatten hier einen super Aufenthalt (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 12 Nächte im September) mit der gesamten Familie. Das Haus, das separate Appartment sowie der Pool sind wirklich sehr toll. Die Lage ist auch gut, diverse Sandstände sind in wenigen Fahrminuten zu erreichen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Casa espaçosa e bem equipada para quem pretende cozinhar, com um bom espaço exterior e ótima piscina. De um modo geral, uma excelente opção para famílias grandes como a nossa: ficámos com vontade de voltar!

O sr. Agostinho, gestor da propriedade, é uma simpatia e muito atencioso. Caso o estado do tempo fique mais quente a casa devia evoluir para ter, nos quartos, ar condicionado...pode ficar muito quente à noite apenas com ventoinhas. Para quem gosta de fazer barbeque o facto de não ter um (tem apenas fogareiro) pode ser muito condicionante no conforto, mas não foi por isso que não o fizemos ;) De resto uma belíssima propriedade. Recomendamos...

Sugestão: localização de suporte de escadas da piscina
O suporte de escadas de inox para descer para o interior da piscina devia estar instalado na zona de profundidade mais baixa da mesma (o que não sucede já que se encontra na zona mais funda). A alteração da localização desse suporte para a zona menos profunda da piscina iria permitir que pessoas que não saibam nadar pudessem usufruir da piscina nessa zona menos funda. Quanto ao resto, nada mais tenho a assinalar.

Gutes Ferienhaus mit angenehmer Betreuung
Haus entspricht genau den Fotos. Liegt in einem ruhigen Wohn-/Villenviertel ca. 5. Minuten mit dem Auto von Castro Marim entfernt. Ein Auto ist umbedingt zum empfehlen, fußläufig ist keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurant, Stand etc. vernünftig erreichbar. Die Küche(n) sind mit Geschirr sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer sind gut, wenn auch nicht modern, eingerichtet. 3 Badezimmer. Alles ist sauber und funktionsfähig. Das Haus ist im Prinzip in 2 Wohnungen (EG und 1.OG) aufgeteilt. Auch im 1. OG ist nochmal eine komplette kleine Wohnung eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse und am Pool stehen ausreichend Stühle, Tische und Liegen. Sollte es mal ein kleineres oder größeres Problem geben, kümmert sich der Hausmeister wirklich umgehend. Er spricht sehr gut deutsch. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Accueil de qualite dans une maison très agréable avec superbe piscine dans une région magnifique
L'accueil offert par Augustino et son épouse est très agreable, efficace et discret. La maison se situe dans une quinta calme un peu à l'écart de la ville. 3 chambres dont une parentale. Tout confort rien ne manque. La piscine est grande avec une partie profonde et une partie non, c'est un vrai plaisir dans cette région ou il peut faire très chaud. L'Algarve est une belle région typique ou il fait bon se reposer, visiter dans sa partie ouest et déguster les spécialités et poisson. Nous recommandons ce choix sans hésitation.

Super schönes Ferienhaus
Sehr sauberes Ferienhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Der perfekte Ort, um seinen Urlaub genießen zu können und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Es ist empfehlenswert, sich einen Leihwagen zu nehmen, um die wunderschöne Umgebung und die nahe gelegenen Strände zu erkunden. Bei den Einheimischen haben wir uns stets wohl gefühlt und die regionale Küche ist einfach fantastisch. Dieser Urlaub war absolut top. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier her kommen.

Super Urlaub
In diesem Jahr waren wir drei Wochen im Urlaubsparadies Portugal. Das bewährte sehr komfortable, gemütliche Appartement Ilse hat unseren Urlaub wieder zu etwas besonderem werden lassen und zur optimalen Erholung beigetragen! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen wieder!!! Wir kommen wieder
Nach vielen Jahren Hotelurlaub, haben wir mal wieder ein Ferienhaus gemietet - und es nicht bereut. Wir haben ein sehr schönes, großes und gepflegtes Haus vorgefunden, das mit allen Geräten und notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet ist. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und liebevoll ausgewählt. Auf der großen Veranda direkt am Pool lässt sich auch mit mehreren Personen angenehm speisen. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung im ländlichen Umfeld nahe der spanischen Grenze, so das sich auch Ausflüge ins Nachbarland anbieten. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Ausflugsziele in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Wir stehen schon im Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, um das Haus nächstes Jahr erneut zu mieten.

You can spent holidays just as a couple, take friens or family along and if
there is still more need for room, you can rent the apartment Ilse.

If you like to rent the lower flat (Casa Ilse) and need only 1 bedroom and 1
bathroom you can certainly do so. In this case 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom would be blocked. The price would be reduced of course, please contact us.
