This 6th floor beautifully decorated, 2-bedroom condo with all rooms having views of the turquoise water and white sand. Both bedrooms have king beds so nice for two couples! Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Soothing blues and greens decorate this beautiful condo which has a balcony for relaxing in paradise. Two large pools with waterfalls and adjacent hot tubs overlook the Gulf of Mexico. Just walk through the pool area onto our private beach. This is a quiet resort with security and limited access.

Perfect Get Away For Spring Break!

This was our second year at this amazing Condo and we hope to continue staying there again next year. Beautiful beach with umbrella and chair set up each morning, lovely view from the balcony, well furnished with all the conveniences you would ever need, inside garage parking, and the best pizza ever just across the street!! :)

We absolutely love 605W! We would love to stay there again next year. The weather really cooperated. This owner is by far the most detailed and thorough owner that we have stayed with and she is always quick to respond to questions. Escape some Iowa Winter in Destin!

Awesome location! Close to shopping and dining. So many things to do n this area. 6th floor has a perfect view of the Gulf of America. We will definitely consider coming back. Billie Jo was an amazing host. Answers your texts immediately.

Winter vacation

View from the condo was the bright spot. Condo was well laid out and quite enjoyable. Furniture could be freshened up. Pillows and mattresses were very uncomfortable, time for them to be upgraded. Billie Jo was attentive and responded promptly. Again the view from condo was incredible.

Lovely property and location

The layout for perfect for us (2 friends)since it allowed separate but equal bedrooms and bathrooms. The “master” had a bigger bath and closet but both beds were kings. Easy access to pool and beach. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Bedding should be upgraded but otherwise nicely maintained.

Beautiful property , nicely decorated, very nice host. We really enjoyed the wonderful beach & property. The only negative comment is the floors were a little dirty and a couple burnt out light bulbs.

Beautiful condo

This is a great property for 2 couples! Two king-sized beds with separate access to the balcony. The living space was comfortable for visiting. The kitchen had everything we needed. My only constructive criticism is for the property to consider having more toilet paper and trash bags available, especially when the stay is for 5 days or more.

Rest and relaxation

This property was a perfect set up for 2 couples who met for a reunion. It was a great location away from the hustle and bustle yet a close drive for dining and excursion options. Condo was stocked with all necessities. Everything was clean. The communication was smooth with quick response. Easy access to beach and pool. The parking garage was secured with made coming and going easy and safe. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for sharing your home.

Summer Vacay

This was our second stay in this condo building (first in this particular one). We specifically wanted back in this building and were so pleased with this particular property. Comfy furniture inside and out, comfy beds, upgraded, washer/dryer and full kitchen! Thankful for the discount on beach service! Nice pool area! We will be back and hopefully it will work out to get this rental again!!

Destin Spring Break

This was our 5th time in Destin, 3rd in the Silver Beach Towers and the 1st in this property. We have always been very happy with the Silver Beach Towers but this was the best communication from ownership that we have had before checking in. The communication was so thorough and helpful. The property itself was very up to date. We did have an issue with an error code on the dishwasher. We contacted the property manager to make her aware before checkout. There was a special benefit on the beach with this property. We were able to get two beach settings for the price of one which was great for our family of four. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to booking again in the future.

Relaxing few days

The property is beautiful and the view was just priceless. The location was very easy to access the beach. My granddaughters loved running up and down the beach and playing in the water it was very cold but they had SO much fun! The reason I didn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness the coffee mugs are stained very bad giving the illusion that they are not clean. Also the soap dish in shower had not been cleaned. Billie Jo was extremely helpful to us since we weren’t sure how to get in after hours totally our fault because we didn’t really read the instructions throughly. We were very grateful.

Highly recommend this condo!

We were very impressed with this property. The views are amazing--direct view of the Gulf from both bedrooms. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals, and there's a full size washer and dryer in the unit. The building and grounds are well maintained. Although the pool was too cold to use (January), the hot tub was great. We also appreciated having direct beach access--no street to cross to get to that beautiful white sand beach. We walked and played in the sand for hours. This condo has assigned parking in a secure and clean underground ramp. Lastly, we had questions ahead of our trip, and while there, and got immediate responses each time. Very pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were born and raised in Ohio. Our first trip to the Gulf was in 1991 for our honeymoon, and we have been returning ever since. We have three children and two grandchildren and we have made many trips to the beach, but Silver Beach Towers has become our favorite vacation spot.

Why they chose this property

The beach is gorgeous - the turquoise water and white sand is amazing. My mother was an avid beach lover. She enjoyed morning walks and sitting in her beach chair watching the kids play. Silver Beach towers has brought many memories to our family! Our kids grew up riding waves, going to water parks, riding go-karts, and of course the annual putt-putt competition. Destin has become like a second home to us! We enjoy the great food, live music, and family atmosphere that the area has to offer. The Back Porch, McGuire's Pub, and Lulu's has become part of our tradition.

What makes this property unique

The views are amazing. The water and sand during the day and the curve along the lights of the beach at night, make this condo special. You can dine on the balcony under the stars in the evening and listen to the relaxing sound of the Ocean. This building is quiet, secure, and well maintained. No groups under 25, no pets, no smoking, and 6 guest maximum.
