Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from either the master bedroom or living room walkout balconies. This fully furnished 4th floor condo is directly overlooking the pool and beach. As a corner unit you can also enjoy the view of the waterway into the intracoastal waters, John's Pass and St. Petersburg in the distance. Watch the boats as they pass thru, and the dolphins as they frequently swim past

After a day on the clean white sands of the beach and a dip in the pool, come inside and enjoy the many included amenities before crossing the street for dinner, drinks or shopping at one of the over 100 family friendly venues at John's Pass. Pick your passion - you will find a street side and waterside boardwalk with shopping galore, ice cream, cocktails, restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruise, pirate ship, fishing trips and more. Within minutes are every type of dining option you may be craving.

Prefer to stay put? The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your own meals while enjoying the view. The kitchen is open to the eat-up bar and dining table. After dinner enjoy the beautiful sunset followed by a game, puzzle, book or cable TV and complimentary WIFI.

In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed, dresser, nightstand, desk, TV, window facing south over John’s Pass as well as sliding glass walk out balcony overlooking the pool and beach. The master has an ensuite bathroom with tiled shower, granite countertop, ceramic tile and large walk in closet.

The second/guest bedroom has a large south facing window which has an amazing view of John's Pass and beyond. This bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, night stands, large closet and ensuite bathroom with shower with granite and ceramic tile.

In the front foyer you will find a storage closet with toys for the kids and beach chairs, play pen, umbrella and canopy tent for your use. In the bath closets you will find extra linens and towels. There is a stackable washer and dryer hidden from view in the kitchen area. On the large, lighted balcony you will find outdoor tables and chairs. The living area includes a full sized sofa bed.

Madeira Norte is a five story 80 unit building, and the coveted spot is right here with the extra living space and spectacular views that a corner condo with full glass walls allows. Your rental includes the use of a reserved, covered parking space, which is steps from the elevator for your convenience. Visitor parking is also available for one additional space. Parking area is well lit and equipped with security cameras. Gated pool area has plenty of seating and lounge chairs as well as an outdoor pavilion with grills for guest use.

Monthly rentals receive a 10% rate discount.

Double check amnenities when arriving.
Great location and view. Cleaning lady came back bc floors and showers were dirty and hair was on the shower walls. Last person did not return key so we couldn’t get in for awhile. My kids were extremely disappointed when they did not find their hot tub that was listed. I could have gotten a three bedroom instead of two for a lot less. The owner did refund us a respectable amount when I pointed out the listing-which I screenshot - that indicated hot tub which suddenly disappeared after. Great location for food and activities.

This property was the perfect location. We were across from John’s Past which was perfect… could walk everywhere. The balcony views of the ocean were beautiful. We would definitely recommend this location.

This condo had a great location on the gulf and directly across the street from John's Pass. The unit was fully stocked with many additional amenities from beach supplies to books and board games. We highly recommend this unit for couples and families.

This unit was perfect. The balcony show cases a beautiful gulf view overlooking the pool. The unit has everything one might need. Fully equipped and very clean. You will be so pleased with your stay. Cannot recommend enough!!!!!

Great condo
Madeira Norte 409 is a great 2 bedroom condo. Clean, well equipped, great location directly on the beach and comfortably furnished. A real homey feel. Little things like plenty of towels in each bathroom, extra sheets and blankets for each bed, hangers in each closet, hand soap in kitchen and bathrooms, hairdryer in each bathroom, plenty of pots and pans, toys and beach equipment, many beach towels and comfortable living room furniture. The view from the balcony is beautiful! Directly across street from John’s Pass. Plenty of visitors parking besides a reserved spot for renters. Couldn’t ask for anything more but perhaps a little more comfortable balcony furniture but that won’t keep us from coming back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This condo was very clean and organized, and the host was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here as it was our first time in this area. We would certainly stay here again. One recommendation would be to buy some lounge chairs for the balcony as it was very sunny and the pool was crowded at times -

What a view/what a location

Fantastic place!
This condo was everything we hoped for and more! Nice furnishings, large kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms were spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony was huge and had nice seating to enjoy the views. There were even items for the beach… a canopy, chairs, a beach blanket, beach towels and an umbrella. The unit truly had everything we could possibly need and plenty of space for 4 adults. The views over the beach and the gulf were spectacular!! We enjoyed each and every sunset! The pool was really nice too. Loved the walk-in showers in both bathrooms. The only negative I can list is we could only find 4 washcloths in the unit. We made due by washing them frequently in the washer and dryer that were in the unit!! What a time savings that was!! Overall I have only good things to say about this rental. The location across from John’s Pass was so convenient. Highly recommend this condo!!

Love this condo!
We have stayed in other condos in Madeira Beach and even in Madeira Norte specifically and this one has made us the happiest. It is exactly as pictured in the photos and very clean. The layout is wonderful. We loved the kitchen and how open it was to the rest of the condo. All of the appliances worked well and the beds were actually comfortable! I couldn’t believe it. There is a nice selection of anything you could need in the kitchen including some spices. There is a big TV with the usual services plus books and games to entertain the family if you wanted. They have beach towels, cooler bags, chairs and some beach/sand toys. There was also a popup shelter for shade on the beach that worked very well for us. The elevators are slow, but that’s usual for all the condos along the beach and cannot be helped. They just happened to be doing what appeared to be annual maintenance on one while we were there so that put the second in higher demand. We’d just take the stairs if we didn’t want to wait. Overall it was a lovely stay and we are looking forward to staying here again next year. Very happy!!!

The view was breathtaking. Coffee on the balcony in the morning was very relaxing. The condo came with a lot of the little things you would normally have to buy, which was not only convenient but set the bar for other places I’ll stay in the future. It was very clean and quiet from neighbors and outside noise. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended!!

Great destination. Water freat for kids
Very nice. Appliances and furniture in very good condition. Everything worked. Shortage of silverware knives and floor was a bit dirty, while this is minor. Beach less than 100 yards from gate. Beach cleaned every day. Pool was very clean. A lot of families with kids stay here. Enjoyed meeting people while children had a great time interacting. Nearby restaurants have very good seafood. Best thing, wave action very moderate here so little people enjoy the ocean, not getting banged around. St. Pete a very nice downtown to visit.

The condo was perfect , It has everything you would need if you were flying in to stay here . We live fairly close , so we brought all of our own beach needs . Location is great ! You can walk to shopping and restaurants. Host were very quick to respond . There are 2 elevators and the one closest to our room did not work most of our trip . I would say that was the main draw back to this condo . But location and the spacious Beautiful condo help to make up for that .

The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location is great, an easy walk to Johns Pass. We have stayed at the Madeira Norte before but this condo was the nicest. The views from the balcony are amazing. Easy check in and out. We will definitely stay here again.

Great condo!
This condo was very, very clean and we loved the door having a keypad entry. The sofas looked brand new and we loved having a walk in shower. XMAS MADEIRA BEACH
The location of this #409 condo is excellent, within walking distance of all Johns Pass has to offer. The view from the master bedroom and living room is outstanding. The building itself seems well maintained and the pool. Security is very good, having to use keys to access the stairway and elevator. The condo is extremely well-stocked with any kitchen utensil you could need, games, beach toys and items. The balcony has a small table and chairs and other chairs. The new couch and loveseat is very nice. There were two items broken when we got there, one chair on the balcony and the guest bath toilet seat, both minor things. Overall a great condo directly on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.
