The perfect villa for a South Forest Beach vacation on Hilton Head Island. This 1st floor unit in the beautiful Ocean Walk community has convenient entry from either the interior hallway or via a private patio from the parking area. This property features an Indoor pool/spa, pickle ball/tennis courts, as well as an outdoor pool. This villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms which offer privacy from one another making this a great choice for couples traveling together or families with children. It comes with a fully supplied kitchen for days when you would like to stay in for a meal. Beautiful travertine flooring has been utilized throughout. Sleeping options include a king sized bed in master bedroom, two queen beds in second bedroom, and a sofa bed available in the living room. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, mat, and beach cart provided for guest use.

Weekend in Hilton Head

We had a very nice stay at the property. The owner was very responsive when I had a couple of questions. We were just across the street from the beach and not far down the road from shopping and dining.

Great, quiet location, indoor pool

The location is about a five minute walk to the beach is very close to Coligny Circle, and has a heated indoor pool. This is the second time we have stayed and we will be coming back for sure.

Great stay in Hilton Head!

This property was exactly as described, clean, spacious, and close to everything in South Forest Beach and Coligny Plaza! Highly recommend - we've already booked it again for next year!

Very nice location and unit layout!

While we did not take full advantage of the unit's proximity to the beach, our short stay included a quick view. We loved the nearby shopping and restaurants. Two couples were totally comfortable and had privacy as well.

Perfect family getaway

I have stayed at many different locations in Hilton Head. I was very impressed with this property. Aimee was easy to contact and made booking, checking in, and checking out very easy. The property was clean and very well stocked. Everything was perfect, easy walk to the beach, pool was just down the hallway. We all loved how quiet everything was. I highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

We were thoroughly delighted with the space we had for a long weekend. Admittedly I am a value shopper, and without a doubt the hosts have provided exceptional value with their property. It has everything you could possibly need, is spacious and perhaps the cleanest place we’ve stayed with VRBO. The instructions provided for check-in and out were clearly written and they’ve provided a well organized binder of things to do in the area which we found useful. The owner replied promptly and thoroughly to questions I had. The location is good, and both the beach access and Coligny are about a mile away. I’d say walkable if you don’t have bad knees like me. We would have rented bikes but the weather wasn’t cooperative. From the Condo, everything was within a short drive. In summation, just a lovely place close to everything HH has to offer.

Great place

Walked in to a clean and roomy place with nice decor! Very roomy with two bedrooms and two baths as well as two separate areas to watch tv. She has a stash of beach read books and they were several of my favorite authors! (Would have borrowed one to take on the beach if we stayed more than two days!). Nice touches included little bags of toiletries and kitchen supplies like small dish soap, a trash bag and thin sponges). Definitely a 10/10!!

Clean and Minimal!

We loved our stay here! We had 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room. It's got what you need but no extras, which I personally loved! No knick knacks for my children to destroy :) It was very clean and they must have great dehumidifiers because there was no moisture/mildew smell in the air like at many condos this close to the beach. Loved the indoor pool and the location was very close to the beach, the park, and Coligny! We have finally found our spot on HHI!

Quick mid week trip

We live in SC and frequent HHI and have stayed in a few different hotels and rentals. We really enjoyed our stay! Just a few minutes from shopping and the beach. The condo was nice and spacious with room for all 6 (3 kids and 3 adults) to spread out. Loved sitting on the patio with a glass of wine in the evening! Would definitely recommend 😊

Great Family Getaway!

The accommodations were so lovely and just as beautiful as the pictures posted online. The easy access to the beach and use of the beach chairs made our trip together as a family so enjoyable! Check in was so easy as detailed instructions were given well in advance! Great stay, highly recommend!

HHI 4th of July

Ocean Walk is in my favorite part of HHI- South Forest Beach. I like the bottom unit we rented because of easy loading access and location to Ocean Gate for Sea Pines. Unit is spacious and comfortable and well stocked. My communications with owner has found them very responsive and that is Much appreciated.

Affordable rental close to the beach

This rental was great for our family. Plenty of room for all of us. Loved both pools and the quick walk to the beach. The best part was all the beach stuff that we were able to borrow: wagon, chairs, umbrella. What a great vacation!

Home away from home

The apartment has everything you'll need when away from home, including a wagon, chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards for the family at the beach. Two baths and two bedsrooms with a total of 3 comfortable beds. Plenty of room with the 2 living rooms. My family loved having the rwo pools, hot tub, and pickle/tennis courts just out the front door. Patio is set up for those family talks. The host is wonderful. This VRBO has it all.

Very clean and convenient location

We arrived a bit early and the host was amazing about letting us check in early. However after messaging us the property was ready we got there to find that the actual method of entry didn’t match the instructions given and we were locked out. Once I messaged the host they did get in touch with me to try to walk me through getting in, but without a fob to get through the front door of the building there wasn’t a way for them to get me into the unit inside. Eventually someone came out of the building and we were able to walk in, although our phone didn’t work in the hallway by the unit door so there was a lot of unexpected back and forth to get in. We did finally get in, but I’ve had much better check in experiences :( Overall, such a clean space with a great host who responded quickly to a question we had about the tv. This place is a super short walk to the beach (we were shocked at proximity for price!) and has all the things you would want for a day at the beach. We also took advantage of the hosts discount at forest surf and cycle and rented bikes during our stay. Again, super close, really accommodating, and this building is very bike accessible to several paths. Also I saw some other reviews comment on the pools and hot tub and this was not our experience. Pools were clean and well maintained!

Great location on Hilton Head

The unit was in excellent condition. It was well furnished, clean, inviting, relaxing, and had great amenities. It is located close to the beach and Coligny shopping areas. The complex itself had some more run down areas and the hot tub was basically non-functional at 78°F. This did not deter us from having an excellent stay.

We are the Henley family. We live in the beautiful mountains of northeast Tennessee and enjoy all types of outdoor activities. We love our home away from home in Hilton Head as it allows us to vacation together as a family and build great memories.

Why they chose this property

We have had our eye out for a vacation home in Hilton Head for several years. We love the atmosphere of the island and especially the Forest Beach Area. We enjoy being close to shops and dining oppertunities with the close proximity to Coligny and being able to ride our bicycles along the numerous miles of bike path across the island.

What makes this property unique

This complex has an available indoor heated pool and spa for out of season guests and has close proximity to the back and amenities. What more could you ask for?
