Escape to this waterfront home, on Leavitt Bay Ossipee Lake, during any season. Enjoy amazing views and a private sandy beach with your own private dock and boat ramp from May to October. With a gorgeous view of Leavitt Bay, it will be hard to leave this private oasis, yet there is much to do nearby! When you aren't fishing, swimming, or boating thanks to your private dock and boat launch, you can explore nearby farms, country roads, and trails for exciting hiking expeditions. A part of the Ossipee Lake Natural Area is completely undeveloped, giving the group an exciting chance to see endangered species, rare plants, and even archeological sites that are thousands of years old. Challenge the fairways at Indian Mound Golf Club, a little over six miles away. If you need a little retail therapy, visit North Conway to find tax-free shopping at the Settlers Green Outlet Village, just 22 miles north. And when the colder months come around, the skiers in your group will be glad to know that King Pine Ski Area is only nine miles north, featuring runs for all experience levels. Within 30 minutes guests may find themselves on Corridor 19 with their Snowmobiles or enjoying some Nordic Skiing, Snowboarding, Cross Country Skiing, Ice Skating or Tubing at King Pine in Madison NH. The fall season is especially quiet and beautiful on Leavitt Bay, fantastic for fishing, kayaking, and stargazing. The Ossipee area is close to apple orchards, farms, fairs, and tasting rooms.

Inside this family-friendly home, you'll find a bright, full kitchen with a window-side table, a dining area with seating for everyone, and a comfortable living area with a wall-mounted TV. A second TV has been added to the primary bedroom along with 2 Kayaks that are available from May through October. The high-speed WiFi will support streaming on multiple devices. Guests who enjoy the snow will have many options to play in the snow right outside their front door. This property features a year-round outdoor seating area with a brand-new propane fire pit, four Adirondack chairs, and an Oklahoma Joe's combination smoker grill to make any season special. This property is also ideal for guests seeking a hassle-free experience. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with fresh linens; at check-out, a complete garbage service is provided for your convenience.

Great Waterfront house

The house was comfortable and adequate for our party of 6. A dock for our boat, convenience of a private launch. Levitt bay is big enough for tubing and skiing and less congested than the other bays. We had a great week at the lake.

Has potiental!

The view was beautiful and had a dock for the boat. With a propane fire pit & nice grill! The beds were AWFUL. We were better off sleeping on the floor. Lots of ants, they got in some of our food, furniture in living room is more for show- also uncomfortable. As long as you’re staying outside it’s a great stay!

Not as described!

Property was not clean! Porches were filthy! Kitchen had little ants crawling around. Not enough seating in the living room ! The property said it fit six people and the living room had a small love seat and two chairs. It originally stated that they had an ice maker and they didn’t even have ice cube trays. The best part was the owner sat on the upstairs deck and watched our every move. They did have a nice gas grill. Decks had loose railings and the property manager finally showed up on Wednesday and told us not to lean on them. God forbid someone tripped!

Fantastic Time!

This was a great vacation - the house was clean and had everything needed for comfort. We loved swimming and kayaking in the lake as well as using the bbq and fire pit in the yard. We also went hiking on nearby trails. We will definitely return.

Wonderful vacation

Its bayside spot was perfect. Property included a smoker, BBQ grill, gas fireplace for making S'Mores, a picnic table, and a private spot for viewing the bay. House has two decks which were used for reading and enjoying the outdoors and a fully equipped kitchen and a great dining room table for dining and playing games. House is compact, but living and dining area were large enough for us all. We enjoyed the air conditioning as our time there had very warm temps. Wish we could have used the washer/dryer downstairs, but overall we had a great time. We would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Lake house

Overall a nice , clean home with comfortable beds. The kitchen is great. The living room furniture while nice to look at is not comfortable for sitting and would be better suited for a waiting room. The view is amazing and the property is well maintained.

Great Winter getaway.

Nice access to the frozen lake for ice fishing and ice skating. Late Feb and ice was 18" thick! Less than 15 minutes from ski resort. Very conveniently located.

Bayside Dreams in review

Bayside Dreams is a perfect lakeside stay. A large three bedroom house with an excellent view of the lake from the big windows in the front. There is a nice kitchen with the normal appliances. The air conditioning comes in handy on those really warm days and nights. Since we have rented the other cottages on the property, we know the amenities of the property. The main house as it is known has it’s own sitting area near the lake. There is a large grill next to the boat ramp and fire pit area as well. This property has a large private dock large enough to handle two boats about 20 feet in length. We had our 20 foot Larson powerboat and our Sunfish sailboat on the dock. There is a nice beach area with over hanging tree branches to keep you out of the sun if that is what you want. The water has a Sandy bottom and is somewhat shallow until you are quite far out. Leavitt Bay’s boating activity is usually minimal from late Sunday until late Friday. Late Friday the boating picks up and lasts until Sunday afternoon. Waterskiing and tubing are the major activities that keep the action going. So the bottom line is that this is a nicely kept house to stay in, a beautiful, quiet setting and the owner’s obviously take great pains to keep the house in great condition. We will come back again and again!

What a piece of heaven!

I loved the view, the lake the lay out of the house. It was just what we needed to get some rest and relaxation. The only thing I would recommend is that the landscaper not come while vacationers are there and if they do need to come, they should come later than 7am.

Clean and quiet

The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. We ended up having wintery weather during our stay so our use of the outdoors was limited. The fireplace and bay window made for a cozy feel.

Enjoyed our week!

This place was great. It had a lot of outdoor space with plenty of seating options and was a perfect mix of sun and shade. Big drawback. I wished it offered some outdoor recreation like kayaks or paddlboats though. The grass growing through the (crystal clear!) water definitely made swimming less enjoyable. House itself was also enjoyable and offered central air and great wifi. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure made the shower feel like home. I would definitely return if I get a boat, the grass in water is removed, or they offer other means to enjoy the water more. And the sandbar across the waterway!!! Beautiful sunrises and the neighbors were very pleasant.

Fantastic lake and great house

The house is very spacious - lots of room to spread out and room to put lake gear on the porches. Private dock where we moored our inflatable boat and a waterfront where we pulled up our canoe and went swimming. Also a private boat launch. A few downsides - no fire pit for evening fires, lots of boats zooming by in front of the waterfront so lots of waves and engine noise, and very shallow water out front with weeds. Other cottages are also very close, but the house, waterfront and dock are private so we were able to distance and sit out by the water without being disturbed. The lake is very large with lots of places to explore - very fun boating and swimming off our boat. Ideal for someone with a motorboat. Beautiful moonrise over the lake. Great loon sounds at night.
