Experience the heart of Santa Fe with the historic downtown at your doorstep. This prime downtown location is surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and art galleries and is one block from the historic Plaza, half a block from the convention center and a short walk to Canyon Road.

This stylish 1050 square foot unit is located on the 2nd floor of a downtown commercial building with a large bank of windows overlooking Marcy Street. Parking is in a covered commercial garage 150 yards away.
Max Occupancy: Four (4) persons as per City of Santa Fe Ordinance.

Quiet hours 11PM to 7AM.

No PARTIES allowed.

NO BICYCLES allowed within the unit or the indoor common areas of the building.

$50 fee for lost keys (if any).

$50 fee for lost parking garage access card.

Prior to departure: a) Load all dirty dishes, glassware, and flatware into the dishwasher and run. b) Clean, dry and put away any dirty cooking pots, pans and utensils. If my cleaning service must do the above you will incur the additional cleaning charges.

Amazing!

This location is super! Walkable to all sites and shops/restaurants. The apartment is beautiful and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend 100%.

Enjoyable stay in the heart of Santa Fe

My family came to Santa Fe to go to Meow Wolfe and explore the city. This location was perfect to walk to the square and all sights. The house was perfect to host my sister's family too ans provided lots of space to hang out. Beds were a bit too soft for us but overall still great.

Great apartment right in the center of Santa Fe!

My sisters and I (all late 50s) flew in from the east and west coasts to visit Santa Fe and catch up with each other. The apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable to hang out in. And you step right out into the center of the city. Highly recommend!

Awesome condo in the heart of the action

Me and my family had a great long weekend at the condo. We ate right across the street and were able to walk everywhere! The condo itself was stylish and very clean and modern. A perfect spot!

Convenient & cozy stay in Santa Fe!

The location and lodging were exactly as listed and pictured. The check in and out was easier than a hotel, just needing codes that were sent with plenty of time. Almost everything we did was in walking distance- lots of restaurants, shopping, the plaza, and other activities. We appreciated the smart TV and comfy beds. The only thing we had issues with was not having a grocery or convenience store close enough to walk to, BUT the Whole Foods less than $10 for an UBER. Nothing the owners can do about this one. They DID have the kitchen well-stocked with all the gadgets and utensils we needed to cook throughout the week AND even coffee and creamers! We had a wonderful time, were very cozy, and will definitely come back!

Great space and location

The place is well represented in the photos. Well stocked kitchen, nice layout. Very convenient to all things downtown Sante Fe. The parking was easy to access and always plenty of parking.

Getaway to Santa Fe

Fantastic location! Close to the parking garage. Beautiful loft and fabulous artwork! Very comfortable. We loved our stay and plan to come back one day in the future! Lots to do in Santa Fe.....shopping, restaurants, Meow Wolf, casinos, hiking and museums. Needed two more days to finish all we set out to do. Next time!

Great place to relax

We definitely enjoyed our recent visit to Santa Fe. Historically we stayed in the downtown hotels when visiting but this time we brought our 19-year-old son. He loved the updated look of this VRBO and enjoyed the proximity to the downtown. Staying in hotels, you always have to sit on the beds to relax or eat.. Being somewhere that actually had a wonderfully comfortable couch to lounge on, and a kitchen to snack in was wonderful. We only had one complaint, the television. We were hoping to watch the Chiefs game during our stay. We don’t currently have a streaming service that we use, and therefore could not log into any on the television. There were a few free channels, but nothing that allowed us to watch actual sporting events. It was definitely a bummer. We are used to just turning on the television and having service. I did sneak down to the Lafonda and catch a bit of the game, but I couldn’t hear it. Now that I know this limitation, I would stay at this VRBO again, and would just be better prepared in the television viewing department.

Family wedding weekend

This was an excellent spot-the location was perfect for us-close to everything. The accommodations were clean, attractive and very comfortable. The owner sent information on restaurants and things to do before we arrived. He was very gracious and available. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend to any friends or family.

Perfect for our group

Paul's place was perfect for my friends and I. Right in the middle of everything, but calm and quiet inside. A great kitchen where we made some meals. A great living room to hang out in. It was just right for us, and beautifully decorated and clean.

Best VRBO yet!

This apartment is beautiful, with excellent restaurants anywhere from a 30 second to 10 minute walk away. The photos are just what you’ll find, with the best- stocked kitchen I’ve had in a vacay rental so far. Furniture is high class and beds extremely comfortable. And omg the bathroom/shower made us want to just move in permanently. Great layout for couples/privacy. Paul was very responsive, too! If I could, I’d give it 10 stars. Coming back for sure.

Fabulous apartment and excellent downtown location

We had a fantastic stay in a wonderful downtown apartment. Great and artful design/layout, excellent quality of all material and appliances. Quiet air-conditioning, one bedroom with firm mattress, the other with soft mattress. Secured parking nearby was very convenient. Very nice host with easy interaction and quick reply. Provided information about the area and assisted with special requests in a very customer-oriented and professional way. We can warmly recommend this place and would stay there again. Thank you.

I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Hawaii in my early teens. I returned to California for college. I visited my new college friend from Santa Fe one summer break and fell instantly in love with the city and moved here in 1989. My wife, Laurie, and I raised our family here. Both my wife and I are in the real estate business.

We love food and culture which is plentiful in Santa Fe. Our favorite travel destination is Europe and especially Italy (food again) where my family roots are. I love to cook having learned from my Italian nona.

We are very casual people and love to share our "city different". We are available to give you suggestions and tips for your stay.

Walk outside into the heart of Santa Fe surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, historic churches, museums and more.

You can grab coffee or kombucha and listen to music down the hall at Remix Audio bar. Downstairs you can lunch at Tres Colores Mexican or savor locally made La Lecheria ice cream. Across the street is award-winning La Boca Spanish food restaurant or if you crave Italian head next door to Il Piatto or Osteria d'Asssi. These are just a FEW of the MANY restaurants in the area.

What makes this property unique

This location is as good as it gets for getting around the historic downtown. You can walk everywhere. If you don want to walk and are without a car Uber/Lyft or the Santa Fe City Transit bus are also options. During the warm months there is also a moped service downtown.
