Public transport 2 steps away; historic district 200m away... You can do everything on foot, museums, restaurants, churches...!

If you like industrial and functional decor, the Small Factory is for you! Every space has been designed to be "essential", so that you can move around the studio easily, with several people, without getting in each other's way.

Access to the apartment is via a staircase typical of an 18th-century building in downtown Lyon (a little steep and not very wide).

Sleeping arrangements: The main bed is a 160cm double with a 21cm mattress on a slatted base.
The secondary bed is a 140cm foam sofa bed.

As your comfort during your stay is my priority, I want the apartment to be perfectly prepared to welcome you in the best possible way. As part of the cleaning fee you pay, we will of course clean and prepare the apartment for you, but we will also provide you with hotel-quality laundry (bed linen already laid out for each bed and available for the sofa bed, bath sheet, bath mat and kitchen towel...) as well as a welcome kit for the first night/morning including shower gel, soap, dishwasher, coffee capsules for Nespresso coffee machine.

The apartment is equipped with a keybox that will allow you to integrate the apartment in total autonomy. We ask you to send us a photo ID.

Arrival times are between 5pm and 8pm. Outside these times and subject to availability, a surcharge will be applied:
- 2pm to 5pm: €20
On departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival.
You will be charged a second cleaning fee if you do not respect the departure deadline.
