Your trip to the Hocking Hills just got a little more exciting! Not only is The Legacy at Harble Ridge located just minutes away from some of the most popular hiking destinations in the Hocking Hills but it is packed with everything you will need for a getaway you'll never forget.

Layout of The Legacy -

Main Level:

You will enter The Legacy from the driveway with ample parking space and a handicap accessible front door. You will be welcomed into the living room with a gas fireplace and a 65" TV. As you explore your new accommodations you will find a dining area with convenient seating including 6 chairs and a large bench perfect for both adults and little ones.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel just like home, including granite countertops, full size appliances and all of the amenities you'll need for your stay.

Just off the kitchen is a bunk room just for the kids in the group. Four twin beds make this cozy spot a favorite for all the little ones in your group.

The main floor also includes two king bedrooms, both with a full en suite bathroom. Each bedroom also includes a twin murphy bed. One bedroom includes a handicap accessible bathroom, with a step in shower and grab bars for the toilet and shower. Both bedrooms are located along the back of the property with sliding doors onto the back deck. You will feel like you are sleeping in a treehouse and your views will be spectacular as they change with nature throughout the day.

The back deck runs the entire length of the house, as you step outside the views will take your breath away and you will want to sit and relax in one of our rocking chairs to take in the peace and quiet of this location. The upper deck also includes a gas grill, dining table with seating for 8 and a kid's picnic table - outdoor dining for everyone!

Lower Level:

This is where the fun really begins! This cabin is all about having fun and a little friendly competition too. With a shuffle board table, Arcade Legends 3 video game, and a full size Skee-Ball you won't have any trouble finding something to do. We also have a full size, arcade style claw machine which will provide hours of fun! The lower level also has a large lounge area with a 65" TV, a large DVD collection, and a large table for board games or playing cards. You will also find our final king bedroom with a set of twin XL bunk beds and a full en suite bathroom that is shared with the basement.

The back wall of the lower level is lined with windows and sliding doors that lead directly out to the lower level patio. As you head outside you will be in awe of the amazing views out into the beautiful scenery of Hocking Hills. There is a large seating area a comfy single person swing, as well as a relaxing hot tub that seats 8. The patio is fully covered and can easily be enjoyed rain or shine.

Exterior:

Both the upper and lower decks offer a great deal of outdoor space to explore. You will also be welcomed to your cabin's personal fire pit, perfect for s'mores and quality time with friends and family.

The Legacy is surrounded by 40 acres of privately-owned wooded land for you to enjoy and explore along with miles of maintained trails, and a private pond fully stocked with various fish for catch and release fun during your stay. You will also have accesss to Superhero park, a natural playground that will entertain kids for hours while adults relax at a picnic table or with a game of horse shoes. This playground is privately owned and for Harble Ridge guests only.

Please note - The Legacy at Harble Ridge shares our 40 acre property with 3 other cabins so we do ask that all guests observe quiet hours from 11:00pm to 8:00am to ensure the peaceful enjoyment of all guests at Harble Ridge. The minimum age to rent The Legacy at Harble Ridge is 25 years old. There are additional guest fees for groups over 8 people. We do have one camera on the property driveway for security purposes. A rental agreement and age verification are required before arrival.

Outstanding Accommodations for all ages!!

“The Legacy” at Harble Ridge provides an outstanding vacation experience from the time you walk in the door. With an electronic guide book and convenient labels and instructions for all key amenities, the property managers truly thought of every detail. The young kids in our group loved the natural playground and downstairs games (especially Skee-Ball) and for the adults there was a lot of great space to sit out on the covered balcony or around the fire to enjoy the natural surroundings of Hocking Hills. Management was very responsive and property was clean and set up for no hassle from the beginning. Highly recommend Harble Ridge properties for anyone vacationing in Hocking Hills!

Girlfriend Birthday Weekend

We had a wonderful time this weekend with a lot of great friends. The property is incredible with great hiking trails and amenities. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a stay-cation with a short drive to Hocking Hills. As a warning, if you plan on going in the winter, snow may make it difficult to make it to the top of the drive way. A 4WD vehicle is recommeneded if there is snow. OVERALL: a great stay and great property.

Awesome stay for kids

This cabin is the perfect place to bring your kids. From the bunk room to the huge couch, ski ball and arcade machine, hot tub, and natural super hero’s playground our kids did not want to leave. Harble Ridge thought of everything and you can tell they put thought into making this an enjoyable and easy stay. We had six adults and seven kids all 8 and under and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The only cons we had were that the hot tub was a little cloudy, there was a leak from one of the bathroom sinks and there was a bad sewage smell one day outside. We never smelled it inside but you could smell it from the hot tub. The owners responded to our texts right away about the leak and we didn’t contact about the other things because they weren’t that big of a deal. I would definitely go back!

We loved our stay at The Legacy. It was a great option for families with young children. The on site trails and playground we amazing. The house was equipped with everything you need from playpens to children's toys. We also appreciated all the signs around the property. It was a great stay!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have contact w property manager by cellphone. She handles problems and questions quickly. The arcade was a great hit ! However I didn't think to bring cash for the claw game . The place was beautiful and clean. Lots to do locally and on property . Everyone loved the playground around the trail.

Amazing!

My friends and I had an awesome time here. The place was beautiful and very well kept! The beds were so comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for all of us to hang out together. The basement was also a great space when it was raining and we didn’t want to be outside. Overall, we had a great experience here and would recommend for anyone looking for a getaway near Hocking Hills.

Perfect get-a-way property for families!

Clean, very accommodating for several families trying to spend time together. Within 12 minutes of most trail heads. We could all dine together, hike on the property and take the littles to a safe and super fun playground. Then chill at the fire pit and retire to our own spacious rooms. Highly recommend. Mallory quick to respond!!! My family has asked to go back❤️

Making Memories

The Legacy is a lovely house with an Arcade to entertain, a hot tub to relax, and a well stocked Kitchen to afford cooking all our meals! Favorite cabin in Hocking Hills

We've booked a different cabin in Hocking Hills every year for six years. This is the first cabin that we decided to rebook for a second year. This place was perfect for our group of 3 couples. Plenty of space for everyone, including beds and seating at the couches and tables. Kitchen was stocked with all the cookware and appliances we needed for the weekend. Bathrooms stocked with plenty of paper products and shampoo/conditioner. Property manager was available to answer all our questions and verything was labeled for easy use. Again, this is the best cabin we've stayed at and have already booked it again.

Howard's stay at The Legacy

Our family so enjoyed our stay. The cabin had Everthing we needed! From baby pack n play, to baby gate, to baby high chairs. We had two little ones, a toddler, and a pre-teen. There were 5 Adults. We all had our own family bathrooms, and bed rooms. The cabin was very clean, and roomy. We stayed in January, we want to go back when it's warmer. We still hiked and found the superhero park where all the kids had fun. The game room was fun, as well as the hot tub too. Mallory is an awesome host, she's there for her guest. Great parking for our big truck and 2 cars. Check in and Che k out were great too.

Beautiful property, clean cabin

This cabin is beautiful and very clean. The display screen was a very helpful added touch with ideas for local restaurants and attractions, home details and instructions and check in/out instructions. The kids had a blast in the game room. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, cooking utensils. The only downside was that the hot tub was green and had a funny smell so we were unable to use it. The only other item would be that the tv did not allow us to turn the volume up or down so it was hard to hear. We highly recommend this place and Mallory is very responsive and helpful!

Well equipped for families

The Legacy is a great property for a large family get away. We had 6 adults,3 kids and 2 babies. The house has all the little extras, pack&play, booster seats, toddler plates and utensils. The game room and playground were just awesome. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this property family friendly. We had a lovely stay.

Amazing vacation retreat!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at the Legacy. The property was beautiful, clean, and organized! Mallory and her team thought of every possible detail…and then some! Everything you could ever need while on vacation was provided, and even things we didn’t know we needed! Mallory was very communicative leading up to our stay, and made sure we knew who to contact if we needed anything during our stay. The pamphlets and brochures for things to do in the area were so helpful, and we took advantage of all she suggested. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful property and setting

This house was perfect. Could have easily held our 11 member family, but only four of us this time. The house is the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. Just be sure to put your car in low gear to get up the steep gravel driveway - we made it though!

Perfect cabin for a long weekend with friends and family

The property was great and close to the Ash Cave and Old Man's Cave. The arcade games and movies provided at the cabin were perfect entertainment for the kids during our cold stay. Mallory was great to work with and quick to respond. The welcome bag was a much appreciated touch. We look forward to returning to the cabin or one of the others offered by Harble Ridge.

Wheelchair friendly

Loved the lower beds and bars in the bathroom. I cannot walk but was able to get all over the main level. The hill is step to drive up in the snow, but ramp into home was accessible. The hot tub is downstairs, but everything else is available. Very nice owners.
