The spacious, modern apartment has its own entrance and is located in the basement of a beautiful, renovated old-style villa. You can expect a cozy living room with flat screen TV, DVD / Bluray player, music system (Sony with CD / Docking St. iPod / iPhone / USB / MP3) and two bedrooms (one also with flat screen TV) and a kitchen with good Equipment that invites you to cook. A full bath (shower, bathtub, toilet) and an additional GWC and a large living room complete the apartment layout.
WiFi / WiFi is available free of charge.
For the short vacation in the metropolis of Hamburg (city trip) as well as for the long-term stay (special conditions please ask!) for up to 6 people. You will find the Kath. Children's Hospital Wilhelmstift in Hamburg Rahlstedt, the Institut ILS GmbH, Hamburg Rahlstedt and the Studio Hamburg in Hamburg Tonndorf.
All shops 'around the corner' (bakeries, supermarkets, 'Rahlstedt-Arcaden' etc.).
Bus and train stop in just a few minutes. The Regio- / Rapid Bahn runs to Hamburg Central Station / city center in just 14 minutes!

Lovely apartment for a short break in Hamburg
We really enjoyed this garden flat in the suburbs of Hamburg. There was plenty of space in the large living room and a really smart kitchen with everything you need. It was a short walk to the shopping centre and the station for trains into Hamburg is less than 10 minutes walk away. Very peaceful place to stay, recommend it.

Very satisfied
We found the apartment to be pleasant and thoughtfully set up, as well as provided with everything we might need. The owner has been supportive and always responsive. The neighbourhood is really pleasant: if you want to take a walk you'll find lots of green around and really nice houses to look at. Hamburg's weather is quite humid and rainly (at least it was when we were there, in August), and the apartment is at ground level: however, humidity has never been an issue since the owner provided two dehumidifiers that we left running when we were outside (they're quite noisy). For groceries, there's a largish mall 3 minutes away, and in general there are several shops and supermarkets within the area, plus an open-stall market two times a week. Of course (this is Germany after all) on Sunday everything is closed so plan carefully your shopping...! Finally, a really well-functioning suburban railway connects the Rahlstedt area of Hamburg (where the apartment is located) to the central railway station, and back, every 30 minutes (also on weekends). Since the Rahlstedt train station is 5 minutes from the apartment (10 if you're slow) and the Hauptbahnhof is right in the center of Hamburg, reaching it is easy and also quick (the train takes someting like 15 minutes). All in all, we have been very happy with this apartment.

Charmante Wohnung mit Top Lage
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Top-Lage, 20 Minuten mit der Bahn (Bahnhof naheliegend) nach Hamburg City. Die Wohnung ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch war sie gemütlich und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend nur wenige Fußminuten vom Bahnhof Rahlstedt entfernt, so dass man in angenehm kurzer Zeit den Hauptbahnhof und damit alle für Touristen attraktive Punkte erreichen kann. Ausstattungsmäßig ist alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war äußerst angenehm und freundlich. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Wohnung sehr genossen, haben uns super wohl gefühlt - in der Wohnung wie auch in der Umgebung. Alles war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Optimale Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung bietet allen nötigen Komfort. 6 Leute können übernachten, ohne im Wohnzimmer aufbetten zu müssen. Neben einem Bad/Dusche/WC gebt es ein zweites WC. Die Ausstattung (sowohl Möbel als auch Geschirr) ist hervorragend. Zum Bahnhof der Regionalbahn sind es weniger als 10 Minuten, regelmäßig fahren Züge zum Hauptbahnhof. Noch näher gibt es eine Einkaufsmall und auch einige Gaststätten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist kaum zu toppen

Der Zugang zur Wohnung verlief problemlos. Für vier Erwachsene hat die Wohnung eine super Größe und Aufteilung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof sind zu Fuß in ca 5 bzw 10/15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und super zuvorkommend. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!
Die Wohnung ist etwas tiefer gelegen also nicht ebenerdig. Dadurch herrscht eine angenehme Temperatur in den Räumen auch wenn draussen 30 Grad sind. Darüberhinaus ist die Wohnung mit einem großen Bad mit Dusche und extra Badewanne (getrennt voneinander) und einem zusätzlichen Gäste-WC ideal für größere Familien. 2 Schlafzimmer sind auch vorhanden. Eine gemütliche grosse Küche + Essbereich, sowie das wirklich sehr große Wohnzimmer mit einem weiteren Essbereich machen den Aufenthalt ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Mir hat's sehr gefallen. Komme gern mal wieder.

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende hier und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr einladend eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber. Es ist alles da, was man brauchen könnte. Klar, die Wohnung ist nicht zentral gelegen, aber es ist schön ruhig und man kommt mit dem ÖPNV leicht überall hin, auch am späteren Abend. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

Großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der hochwertig und vollständig ausgestatteten Wohnung. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin! Zu Fuß sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man herrlich durch‘s Grüne in die Hamburger Innenstadt, zur Elbe usw. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Die großzügige Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top, da man einerseits ruhig im Grünen wohnt und gleichzeitig in 5 Minuten Fußweg am Zentrum von Rahlstedt alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat. Vetmieterin war sehr freundlich und hat bei Fragen sehr schnell reagiert.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt! Es hat einfach alles wunderbar gepasst! Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön, sehr geräumig und perfekt ausgerüstet. Unsere Vermieterin hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert und die Anbindung an die Innenstadt Hambugs ist sehr gut. Man kann diese Wohnung einfach nur weiter emphehlen.
