Excl. new villa with panoramic sea herlichen overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in front of Fuerteventura / Costa Calma. The villa is located in a excl. Residential area of Costa Calma on a 500m large property, with private pool and tropical private garden. There are only a few meters from the sea with its fine sandy beach.
Equipped with qualitative very high quality materials, which run through the whole villa. Living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, large terrace on the right of the pool is located. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the region of Costa Calma.
A parking space is right outside the house. For this they have satellite reception for all TV channels. For the safety of the most important things is a small safe.
To shopping facilities, and various Restaurantes, there are only a few minutes.

Great quiet location for families

The villa is spotless clean. They cleaned up the pool twice during our 1 week stay there. The location is fantastic with really great views to see the sunset. In terms of other things to be aware of: the villa next door is under construction and they did a lot of noise and dust during our stay. Also you'll need a car to go around as it is far away from any restaurants or shops. Not a problem for us, but better to be prepared. The internet was a bit slow, but I've been able to work remotely without much issues. Overall a really nice villa with amazing views and Jose was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for a really quiet and enjoyable holiday.

Tolle Villa

Wir haben uns in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist herrlich etwas oberhalb von Costa Calma, deshalb windet es etwas mehr! Ein Windschutz wäre genial, so dass man noch mehr die Aussicht genießen könnte. Vera und Jose sind sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen wieder!

Toller Urlaub, sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat eine tollen Meerblick, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, sehr ruhig gelegen, toller Aussenbereich zum Relaxen, ob im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Sehr nette Vermieter, am Rande von Costa Calma. Jederzeit wieder.

Mucha tranquilidad, bonito jardín y vistas

La estancia ha sido muy positiva y agradable. Hemos desconectado de todo que es lo que buscábamos. Nada a objetar excepto 2 puntos importantes que se pueden solventar: - Televisión: Sólo canales alemanes. - Wifi: No está el router en la casa y por tanto la cobertura es débil, nos quedábamos muchos veces sin señal. El resto muy bien! DESTACO Las 4 plazas son literales! hemos sido 5 y pensábamos que habría una cama extra plegable pero no, hubo que dormir uno de nosotros en un sofá.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Besitzern des Objekts. Sind wirklich sehr nette Menschen. Das Haus und das Anwesen waren sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Insgesamt war es eine sehr angenehme Zeit.

Villa arredata in maniera impeccabile

L'arredamento della villa è curato anche nei minimi dettagli. Bello il giardino, bella la piscina e curatissimi gli interni. Per quanto riguarda la villa, tutto quindi pregevole ed apprezzabile. Non abbiamo invece apprezzato la presenza di due cani nella villa confinante che nelle ore diurne venivano lasciati abbaiare mentre invece nelle ore notturne venivano probabilmente rinchiusi e quindi non li sentivamo abbaiare.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Vera und Jose haben sich sehr zuvorkommend um alles gekümmert. Was hat uns gefallen: gute Matratzen, große Terrasse, sehr schöner Garten, sehr ruhig gelegen, optimale Aussenbeleuchtung, ideal für 2 Personen Was uns gefehlt hat: eine teilweise Überdachung der Terrasse

Sehr gut gelegenes und ausgestattetes Haus

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (5 und 7 Jahre) in dem Haus. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es funktionierte alles einwandfrei - von den Aussenrollos bis hin zur Waschmaschine. Es gab 2 sehr schöne Terassen und je nach Sonnen- oder Windlage konnte man sich entscheiden auf welcher man verweilen möchte. Der Blick war traumhaft und man konnte alles schnell mit dem Auto erreichen. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal Urlaub in dieser Villa verbringen.

Schönes, gepflegtes Haus

Wir verbrachten im Juli 2018 unseren Urlaub auf Fuerteventura und in der Villa von Jose. Das Haus ist mit einem schönen und top gepflegten Garten angelegt und verfügt über einen großzügigen, sauberen Pool, welcher zweimal pro Woche professionell gereinigt wird. Bei unserer Ankunft empfing uns bereits der sehr freundliche Vermieter Jose, der uns im und außerhalb des Hauses alles erklärte. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was im Urlaub benötigt wird, inklusive einer Vielzahl an Hand-und Strandtüchern sowie einer Waschmachine. Wir waren mit der Einrichtung sehr zufrieden und auch der Blick vom Haus auf den Atlantik ist wundervoll. Auch befindet sich das Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend von Costa Calma, so dass man einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen kann. Besonders erwähnenswert ist, dass Jose in unmittelbarer Nähe wohnt und bei Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten sofort zur Stelle gewesen wäre. Außerdem konnten wir am Abreisetag, nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter, sogar bis 14 Uhr im Haus verweilen, da der Rückflug erst um 17 Uhr war. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The wind is your friend

We stayed for a week and Jose was very helpful when we got lost as there were no street names, so he came and met us and then the water went off, he reacted promptly and fixed it for us with no hesitation. The accommodation was spotless which you would expect for 120E. The property is well planned and the garden is immaculate. You can walk to the amenities down the hill, which we did of an evening, but we were pleased to have hired the car to get around a bit and explore further afield. Would recommend Restaurante San Borondon, on the left as you get into town (on foot maybe 10 minutes).

Für den individuellen Traumurlaub-absolut perfekt

Mein Mann und ich haben mit unseren 16jährigen Sohn und seinem Kollegen einen durch und durch entspannten Urlaub in der Villa Julia verbracht. Diese Objekt ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr herzliche Vermieter, die einem den Urlaub so genehm wie nur möglich gestalten möchten. Das Haus und der Garten haben einfach alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Mit viel Liebe und Details ist alles eingerichtet. Bequeme Liegen, Stühle, Bank, Tisch, sehr sauberer Pool und Garten, usw. Zu erwähnen ist auch die gut eingerichtete Küche mit allen Geräten, was für uns sehr wichtig war, da unser Sohn Zöliakie hat. Man kann dadurch super zu Hause kochen. Die Umgebung ist extrem ruhig, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Aussicht auf Hügel und Meer ist fantastisch. Der Weg ins Dorf und zum Strand sind zu Fuss machbar. Ganz toll fanden wir die problemlose Kommunikation und den Mailverkehr bei Fragen vor dem Vertragsabschluss. Die Vermieter haben immer innerhalb eines Tages geantwortet. Meist innerhalb von ein paar Stunden. Dadurch konnte man sofort Flug usw. buchen. Am letzten Tag konnten wir sogar noch ein paar Stunden länger bleiben, da wir erst einen Abendflug hatten.Es hat einfach alles gestimmt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter.
