Modern 3/2 Apartment with Beautiful Balcony
Beautiful modern 2nd story apartment with spacious balcony, perfect to enjoy one of our many local beers while watching the sunset with friends. This apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. There is a full kitchen, TVs with roku for streaming, living room, kitchenette, and a washer and dryer. Off street parking is easy, our neighborhood is friendly and safe with long term local neighbors. We live downstairs if you need anything at all. Self check in makes coming and going as easy as possible!

I enjoy biking, sports cars, cooking, family time, nights out with friends at the local bars, basketball, football, music, politics, philosophy, and growing as a person.
I was originally born and raised in Long Island, New York before I moved to Miami, FL. I found my love for fishing, snorkeling, biking, nature in Miami. I grew up in a fishing town atmosphere in New York that still runs through my bones. I dont get to do too much fishing or time in nature these days. I enjoy taking my 2 year old son to the beach in my free time or to City Park.
I moved to New Orleans about 8 years ago and never looked back. I bought a home in New Orleans because its home. It adopted me when I felt like New York and Miami weren't really home at times. New Orleans is more than bourbon street to me. It's passionate locals, great bars and restaurants, culture, music, colors, shapes, old and new, architecture and love.
