The apartment is located in Barra, one of the oldest and most sought-after areas of Salvador, in the Avenida Princesa Isabel on the ninth floor. The windows of the apartment are aligned but on the other side. To the sea. From through traffic is nothing to hear.

Opposite there is a small supermarket and in the vicinity is the large supermarket Hiper ideal. A few steps away banks, small shops, restaurants-á-kilo, delis, newsstands, pharmacies.

The large shopping center "Shopping Barra" can be reached in 10 minutes. The language school IDOMA for Portugues Brasileiro is nearby.

Superior a minha expectativa.

Tive uma experiência muito boa alugando este apartamento. Em todos os momentos fui muito bem atendido, sempre obtendo respostas em minhas dúvidas. Em chegada ao imóvel fui muito bem recebido, tratamento impecável, atenção ímpar e ainda alguns mimos quem nem estavam no contrato. Durante a estadia senti como se estivesse em casa. O apartamento é ótimo, reformado e em perfeitas condições, e localizado em uma área da cidade bem interessante, pois é perto de principais pontos turísticos. Voltando à Salvador com certeza terei interesse no mesmo apartamento.

Salvador ganz nah

Von Itaparica führte unser Weg mit der Autofähre in einer Stunde mitten in das Herz von Salvador. Im vornehmen Stadtteil Barra befindet sich das von Hanna gemütlich eingerichtete Appartement im 9. Stock mit Blick über den Stadtteil bis zum Atlantik.Durch die Hanglage waren aber nur zwei Stockwerke zu gehen. Alles war wie im Prospekt beschrieben:die Lage zentral mit großem Einkaufszentrum,öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel vor dem Haus und dem fußläufig erreichbaren Strand mit großer Promenade. Der Zustand des Appartements ist einladend sauber und gepflegt. Das Appartement ist geeignet für 4 Personen und 2 Kindern(Familie oder Freunde) Von hier ist die Innenstadt von Salvador leicht zu erobern.Die vier Abende im Pelhourino haben wir als sicher und voller interessanter Highlights erlebt.:Openair,Theater,Folklore,gute Restaurants und Straßenstände für die leckeren Spezialitäten von Bahia und immer wieder Musik die zum Tanzen einlädt. Das Steak-House "Fogo de Chao " im Stadtteil Rio Vermelho ,eine Offenbarung für alle Fleischliebhaber ist besonders zu empfehlen und sollte bei einem Besuch von Salvador nicht fehlen. Durch Jochens Kontakte konnten wir eine profunde Stadtführung von dem Verfasser des Dumont-Reiseführer über Salvador,Nicalas Stockmann erleben. Pelhourinho lockte uns immer wieder,der Hafen,die Kirchen,die guten Restaurants,Mercado modelo;wenn auch touristisch,sowie das wirklich gute Speiseeis oben neben dem Aufzug , waren die Gründe. An der Kirche Bonfin wurden die Fitinhas (bunte Bändchen ) mit den obligatorischen drei Wünschen geknüpft. Das Appartement war jeden Abend sicherer Hort zum Ausruhen und Verarbeiten der vielen neuen Eindrücke. Die Empfehlung an Freunde kann ohne Einschränkung gegeben werden. Mücken gibt es in Barra nicht.

Urlaubstraum im Apartment Isabel in Salvador Barra

Wenn ein Reisender aus Europa sich für ein Land wie Brasilien entscheidet, um dort Urlaub zu machen, so kann man davon ausgehen, dass er bereits auf diverse Reiseerfahrungen zurückschauen kann. Dann rechnet er auch damit, dass nicht immer alles glatt läuft. Aber diese Bedenken kamen schon beim ersten Kontakt per Internet mit der Vermieterin gar nicht auf. Bei den Vorbereitungen zur Reiseorganisation, Klärung von Logistik, bis schließlich zur Aufstellung des Mietvertrages, lief alles so klar, übersichtlich und korrekt ab, wie meine Frau und ich es auf unseren bisherigen Reisen kaum erlebt haben. Wir entschieden uns, für 2 Monate dieses Apartment zu mieten. Bei der Einreise lief alles wie besprochen ab: Ein beauftragter Taxifahrer holte uns mit Namens-Schild ab. Während der Fahrt rief die Vermieterin auf seinem Mobil-Telefone an, um mit uns zu sprechen (ein sehr sicheres Gefühl für uns). In der Wohnung angekommen, wurden wir von einer quirligen, lachenden Brasilianerin empfangen und in die Wohnung geführt, wo sie uns ( wir, des Portugiesischen nicht mächtig) geduldig und liebevoll alles Wichtige erklärte. Wobei dies auch von der Vermieterin schriftlich in deutsch und englisch vorlag. Es war alles perfekt organisiert, und wir hatten einen sofortigen „Wohl-fühl-Effekt“. Nun waren die folgenden Punkte nur noch eine Bestätigung dessen, was wir beim ersten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin an Korrektheit und guter Organisation schon erfahren hatten: Die Angaben im Online-Inserat bezüglich Lage, Ausstattung etc. stimmten exakt überein. Die günstige Lage ermöglichte es, dass man fast alles zu Fuß erreichen konnte, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Banken und auch zum nächsten Strand waren es etwa nur 10 bis 15 Min. bequem. Autobus-Haltestellen in nächster Nähe, um Salvador und Umgebung zu erkunden, konnten ebenso genutzt werden, wie die Fähre von der Altstadt aus, z.B. nach Itaparica. Der allgemeine Zustand des Apartments war sauber und gepflegt, neu renoviert und hatte europäischen Standard. Alles, was man in einem Haushalt benötigte, incl. Küchenutensilien, waren genügend vorhanden, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, wie bei uns von 2 Monaten. Wir würden dieses Feriendomizil garantiert unseren Freunden weiterempfehlen und haben dies auch schon gemacht. Harald und Karsta

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub bereits zweimal in dieser Wohnung und fühlten uns jedesmal sehr wohl. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Hochhaus mit freiem Blick über den Stadtteil Barra. Sie ist komplett eingerichtet wie in der Anzeigte beschrieben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ihre zentrale Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bus und Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist die Vermieterin jederzeit bereit weiterzuhelfen. Wir können die Wohnung daher uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung. Schöne Aussicht und zentrale Lage

Ich bin Brasilianerin und lebe in Deutschland. Zu einem Besuch in Salvador suchten mein Mann und ich mit unserem kleinen Sohn eine Wohnung und bekamen diese über eine Empfehlung. Ich muss sagen, wir waren begeistert. Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war sehr sehr angenehm. Sie ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Und alles ist so, wie es die Anzeige verspricht. Die Wohnung ist hell und luftig und sehr gepflegt. Und die Aussicht über die Dächer bis hin zum Meer ist einfach toll. Der Service der deutschen Vermieterin ist ausgezeichnet. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und betreut. Wir werden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und geben volle 5 Sterne. Ich werde dies für brasilianische Besucher in Portugiesisch übersetzen: Eu sou brasileira e vivo na Alemanha. Meu marido e eu, juntamente com o nosso filho ,tínhamos planejado fazer uma visita a Salvador. Procuramos um lugar pra ficar e conseguimos este apartamento através de uma recomendação. Eu devo dizer que ficamos deslumbrados. A nossa estadia neste apartamento foi muito agradável. Ele é muito bonito ,bem-mobiliado e é exatamente como foi descrito no anúncio.Ele é claro(iluminado), bem ventilado e muito bem cuidado. A vista que dá pra o mar é um negócio fantástico.O serviço que a locatária e dona do apartamento nos prestou foi excelente: fomos bem recebidos e foi nos dada a atenção devida.Por estas razoes, recomendamos o apartamento e damos a ele 5 estrelas.
