Kitchen area equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood and all necessary crockery. BEDS: Living room: a pull-out sofa bed (two single beds). Mountain corner with a set of bunk beds (2 people) separated by a curtain from the living room. BATHROOM : Shower and toilets. Ski locker. Covered parking space. Wifi included. RENTAL CONDITIONS: Weekly rental: Bed linen included from 15/12 to 15/04 for short winter stays. Bed linen is not included for year-round spa stays. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning not included and on request. Deposit required on arrival. Supplement of €25 per animal per stay (maximum 2 animals). Seasonal rental: EDF on statement, laundry, carpet shampoo and cleaning billed to tenants. NO SMOKING IN THE ACCOMMODATION
