The semi-detached Chalet Noëlla is located approximately 250 meters from the slopes, the center of La Tania and the entertainment, it has an area of 155m², it can accommodate up to 14 people and has a shared terrace facing South-East .

The 2nd & 3rd floors have 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.

Entrance - Ground floor:
Ski room with boot dryer and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Floor 1: (living rooms)
- Separate equipped North-East facing kitchen: Fridge (with freezer), oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter), microwave, kettle, toaster, fondue set and open dining area.

Chalet adjoining chalet Simone. Possibility of bringing them together to accommodate a group of up to 26 people.
Steep exterior access - Not accessible by car if it snows.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Bed linen, towel, bath mat, tea towels included and beds made on arrival from 15/12 to 30/04 only, otherwise at extra charge.
End of stay cleaning not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Pets not allowed.
Non-smoking chalet.
NOT accessible to people with reduced mobility.
