FAMILY CHALET THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 13 PEOPLE LOCATED IN THE "CHALET AREA" 300M FROM THE SKI SLOPES. LABELED "MOUNTAIN OF CHARM".

Chalet of approximately 110m², located in a quiet place of La Tania, the "Quartier des Chalets". It can accommodate up to 13 people, with its 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms. You can enjoy the view of the famous summit of the Grand Bec from the south-east facing terrace!

LEVEL -1 - BASEMENT:
Laundry room with washing machine, dryer.
Heated ski room (access to the chalet before & after skiing).

LEVEL 0 - GROUND FLOOR:
Living room with television, sofa and large dining table giving access to the large south-east facing terrace.

Equipped kitchen open to the living room including a cooker with electric hobs and a traditional electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Bathroom with shower.
Separate toilet.

LEVEL +1 - 1st FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140cm) and a set of bunk beds (2 single beds).
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140cm) and a set of bunk beds (2 single beds).
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 cm) with a single mezzanine bed and a set of bunk beds (3 single beds)
Sleeping in a high position is not suitable for a child under 6 years old.

Bathroom with shower.
Separate toilet.

Two outdoor parking spaces in a row possible in front of the chalet and possibility of parking in the public car park (outdoor) 50 m away.
Wifi connection included.
This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Bed linen included from 12/15 to 04/30 only, otherwise extra charge.
Bathroom linen and end-of-stay cleaning not included and on request.
Deposit required upon arrival.
Pet supplement charged per week (limited to 2 animals maximum.)
