Centrally located 2 bedroom/one bathroom, steps away from Shipwreck Lounge and Porchside Bar - you can have luxury, convenience and charm at the same time. Enjoy coffee and cocktails while people watching on our front patio. A stocked kitchen allows for thorough meal preparation and cooking, and a shared outdoor space backyard (in addition to our private front sitting area) allows for lounging and socializing.

Hosts with the Most

Super comfortable cottage close to all the action. Impeccably designed with all the creature comforts of home away from home. Super responsive and accommodating hosts. Slightly noisy at night due to close proximity of clubs, but soak it up and have fun!

Chris has a beautiful home in a wonderful location. It’s delightfully decorated, has a spacious living area, and boasts a fully equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms are quiet and comfy. We’ve stayed in a few guest houses in Provincetown over the years and this home outshines even the nicest. We had easy communication with our hosts and would highly recommend them.

Great Place

I’ve stayed in many Ptown homes… this is one of the best—clean, well decorated, great location. Loved every minute and Chris could not have been more responsive! Highly recommend.

Wonderful condo close to all

We have stayed in many rentals in PTown over the years, but few if any compare to this beautifully decorated and amazingly well appointed property. The hosts were very helpful, responsive and considerate. Most of all they have created a beautiful environment that is perfectly located for a five star PTown stay.

Amazing property and location

I was charmed by the owners' taste and style from my first look at the property, and that was born out throughout our stay. The property was charming, cozy (not in a "too small" way), and great care was taken in decorating it and providing all the needed items including ample glassware, cutlery, a good knife set, pots and pans, and serving ware. The bedrooms were both able and comfortable, and there was enough space on the couch for our 3rd friend to have his own "bedroom". There was also an apple TV with all the apps setup to just use (rather than having to login in -- a nice touch) good Wifi, ample outlets. The bathroom is amazing and it just worked perfect for our two night stay.

This property is the best thing since sliced bread and I assure you, you will not be disappointed. Perfect central location, easy to walk to all of Ptown’s hot spots. The owners clearly take great pride In the property as the interior is decorated absolutely perfectly! They are extremely responsive and provide all the basic necessities. Very well done. We cannot wait to come back!

This property was in a prime location just a block from all P town has to offer. The property was beautifully decorated and stocked with anything and everything you could want. We will definitely be coming back!

Cozy winter getaway

Great location - within walking distance of Commercial Street. Such a lovely, cozy home away from home. Loved the record player and albums, cooking in the kitchen and every well thought-out detail.
