Needs maintenance and better communication
This property looks amazing on paper , sadly we found the property lacking. Tradesmen were allowed to enter the property with only 3 hours notice via email, even though a contact phone number was on record.Both of the queen beds need new mattresses , coming home with sore backs and feeling tired from a break away is not what we had planned . The fact the downstairs bedrooms can hear the hot tub motor running through the night is not highlighted in the property details .The bathtub in the ensuite did not drain , luckily we were able to unblock this ourselves , the disgusting material coming up from the drain was most unpleasant and highlighted the bath had not be well maintained or cleaned .On arrival it was necessary to replace light bulbs . A working dishwasher was removed and replaced with a new model that was not plumbed in.When this was pointed out by email the reply was disappointing and derogatory, finding it amusing we would be washing up for a family of 10. Being called a Dishwashing Diva when I am on holiday with my family was hurtful and disrespectful .We will not return to this property and highly recommend you look else where.
