The studio apartment is equipped with a high quality and fully equipped small kitchen (incl. Coffee-pad machine, Nespresso milk frother, toaster, bar mixer, cooking utensils, microwelle with baking, electric table grill, dishes, etc.

It has a boxspring bed, table and two chairs with space for nice food or other indoor activities, if it should be uncomfortable outside on the balcony. The apartment has a sunbath (5qm) with sea view and awning. This has sunshine from morning till early afternoon!

The completely renovated bathroom is equipped with shower box, rain shower and massage function as well as a top loading washing machine (5kg).
The studios' technical equipment includes air conditioning with cooling and heating. So you feel pudelwohl in the hot summer months and with the not always so pleasant winter months is also worried for warm feet. Additionally there is satellite flat screen TV and radio with CD and MP3 player. Wireless Internet is also available free of charge in the apartment through a local hotspot, or in the main period (May-October).

The house is a former hotel complex and has two elevators, a well-kept pool area with separate children's pool as well as a small garden area. In about 150 meters away is a larger hotel area with visually beautiful pool area, which is in the high season in the summer is already a bit more lively. From about 18:00, however, attention is paid to the peace of the neighbors, so that in the evening you can enjoy the wonderful tranquility with a nice glass of rosado.

schöne Wohnung

schöne Wohnung mit gutem Internetanschluss, schöner Balkon und Blick. Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, der Ort selbst ist im März ausgestorben, alles hat geschlossen. Man muss in die Nachbarorte (z.B. Portocolom) für Supermarkt, Restaurant usw fahren.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung!

Im Haus wurden andere Wohnungen renoviert. Dadurch kam es zu Lärmbelästigung, Stromausfall und Wasserabstellung. Ansonsten war die Ortschaft im Februar sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich.

Ein kleines wohlfühl Plätzchen

Wohl durchdacht beim Einrichten. Vor allem ein Bett mit einer traumhaften Matratze. Ein Balkon der ganztägig Sonne hat. Ein gerade in der Nebensaison ruhiges Plätzchen.

Disfrutamos de nuestra estancia

La casa es muy moderna y la piscina está muy bien. El lugar es muy tranquilo y cercano a la playa. El único inconveniente es que el WiFi no funciona y la televisión no tiene canales en español.

Schönes Apartment...

Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet mit liebe zu Details und modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles für einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Sei es Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle und der große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach oder aber auch ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Ich habe mich rundherum wohlgefühlt. Leider war der Pool zum Zeitpunkt meines Aufenthalts noch nicht aus dem Winterschlaf geholt. Es wurde zwar alles fleißig gereinigt und gestrichen, aber ich habe ihn leider nicht mehr nutzen können. Es gibt auch diverse kleinere Supermärkte im Zentrum, welches In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Dort findet man auch diverse Bars, Restaurants und Shops. Ich würde das Apartment auch ein weiteres Mal mieten.

I did not have back my money

My holiday was nice but JULIO DID NOT GIVE ME BACK MY 100€. I really raccomend to ask him back your money when you finisce your holiday because, in a distance of 1 year, I don't have my money yet!!! Bye!!!!! Ale

Solide Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Insgesamt hat uns die Ferienwohnung gut gefallen. Leider müssen wir einen Stern für das Wohnhaus und die Wohngegend abziehen, da diese uns gar nicht zugesagt hat. Das alte Hotelgebäude ist von außen nicht sehr ansprechend und Calas de Mallorca ist auch nicht der schönste Ort der Insel. Daher gibt es nur 4 von 5 möglichen Sternen. Die Wohnung ist vollkommen in Ordnung und genau so, wie an den Bildern zu sehen ist. Einzig das Schlafsofa ist nicht wirklich bequem, so dass Personen mit Ansprüchen bei der Matraze hier noch einmal überlegen sollten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist insgesamt gut.

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Calas de Mallorca sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sauber. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich im Urlaub wünscht, von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche bis zu einem Sonnenschirm und Liegenmatten ist alles vorhanden. Zum Meer braucht man 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Aber auch sonst gibt es viele Ausflüge, die man in der Gegend unternehmen kann. Herr Klonus hat einen Ordner mit Restauranttipps und Ausflugideen bereitgestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Mitchell und Nicki

Siamo stati molto bene!

L'appartamento e' molto carino, grande e completo di tutto! La cucina e' molto accessoriata e divisa dalla zona notte da una porta! La sala e' spaziosa ed il letto aperto non reca fastidio! Il bagno e' molto grande, bella la doccia! Sul balcone si può mangiare comodamente seduti al tavolino, guardando il mare... Che meraviglia!!! Julio, il signore che accoglie gli ospiti, non spiccica una parola di inglese (probabilmente parla il tedesco oltre, ovviamente, allo spagnolo!)... Ma non è un grosso problema! Con un misto di spagnolo, italiano, gesti e sorrisi... Ci siamo capiti! C'è anche una piscina condominiale molto grande! Siamo stati bene, tornerei sicuramente!

Beautiful, cleaned, comfortable

Nuestras vacaciones en este apartamento fueron estupendas. Todo era perfecto, limpio y moderno. Habìa todo lo que necesitabamos, vajillas, toallas, hojas, televisiòn, balcòn con una hermosa vista, una ducha y cocina modernisimas.. Aconsejo este apartamento a todas familias y jovenes que quieren pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas, con todos los servicios cerca de 5/10 minutos caminando (supermercando, bares para el dìa y la noche, restaurantes y las playas) Por ultimo, quiero agradecer a Susanne y Julio por la disponibilidad. Sehr schöne Studiowohnung

Die Wohnung war fast komplett ausgestattet, so das es an nichts gefehlt hat. Sie war sauber und gepflegt. Eigentlich kann man fünf Sterne geben. Das es nur zu vier Sternen reichte ist dem Verwalter geschuldet, der leider nur spanisch sprach und nicht mal bruchstückhaft deutsch oder zumindest englisch sprach. Zudem, wahrscheinlich weil noch Vorsaison war, war er auch nur zeitweilig am Haus. Man hatte nur die Möglichkeit anzurufen. Wenn man von diesen Kleinigkeiten absieht war es aber ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Also gerne wieder!!!

Wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt...

Unser Aufenthalt auf der schönen Insel war nicht zuletzt durch das wunderschöne Feriendomizil ein tolles Erlebnis! We rented this apartment for a week of vacation in April. We had a very good contact with the owners, they are available if needed without worry. The apartment is consistent with the description, very well located and very close to the beautiful beach of Cala Domingo. Supergemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir haben uns fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos, freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein Parklplatz vor dem Haus war vorhanden. Die Umgebung hat uns nicht so zugesagt, aber mit dem Mietwagen waren wir schnell an traumhaften Buchten in der Nähe. Wir würden die Wohnung immer weiter empfehlen :)

Superbes vacances à Majorque !

Je conseille à tout duo d'amis ou couple d'amoureux cet agréable appartement où nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances au soleil ! L'appartement est idéalement situé sur la côte est où se situent de nombreuses belles plages et criques. Nous avions loué une voiture, parfait pour découvrir l'île. La piscine et les petits-déjeuners au soleil sur le balcon sont plus qu'agréables. Julio est présent pour toute question si besoin ! Bonnes vacances à Majorque :)

Parfait !

Nous avons loué cette appartement pour une semaine de vacance en amoureux. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires, elles sont disponibles si besoin sans soucis. L'appartement est conforme à la description, très bien situé et très proche de la merveilleuse plage de Cala Domingo. Nous avions loué une voiture donc la place de parking était un vrai plus. Julio, notre interlocuteur sur place est vraiment très serviable, si vous avez un soucis il est toujours présent. Je conseil cet appartement à toutes personnes qui recherche un bel appartement à un prix très attractif et sans mauvaise surprise ! Merci Susanne et Julio !

"Super erholsamer Urlaub"

Nun ist leider mein Urlaub zuende gegangen, ich hatte eine sehr tolle Zeit in der Super gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung. Es ist dort alles enthalten, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht, der Balkon ist schön groß, so das man auch gerne den Nachmittag in der Sonne dort verbringen kann, es scheint wirklich von morgens bis abends die Sonne darauf. Die Umgebung im Dezember ist sehr ruhig, da es kaum Turisten gibt, deshalb ist es gut, wenn man auf jedenfall um die Jahreszeit ein Auto dabei hat. Das Parken direkt vor der Tür mit elektrischem Rolltor ist auch sehr angenehm. Die Ferienanlage machte einen sehr saubereren und gepflegten Eindruck und mit dem Verwalter vor Ort hat alles Super geklappt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und er hat Versucht Probleme und Wünsche sofort und vor Ort umzusetzen, danke! Ich komme bestimmt wieder und werde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen, weil ich mich dort rundum Wohlgefühlt habe. Liebe Grüße aus Hamburg und ein schönes Weihnachtsfest.

eine richtig schöne Ferienwohnung

wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet und der Balkon lädt zu einem gemütlichen Frühstück und Abendessen ein. Mit dem Vermieter und dem Verwalter der Wohnung vor Ort hat alles super geklappt! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.
