About this property

Only a few minutes to the Horbergbahn in the Penken ski area

A warm welcome to the Elisabeth Walder holiday apartment. Our accommodation offers you a quiet, newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment in a family home, with a perfect starting point to explore the Zillertal.

In winter, the Horbergbahn is only 250 m away (approx. 7 minutes on foot) and takes you directly to the Penken ski area. The bus stop to the Horbergbahn and Mayrhofen is 100 meters away. A cross-country ski run (illuminated at night) is also only a few minutes' walk from our house. The nearest restaurant / pizzeria is only 5 minutes walk. away (also open in summer).

In summer you can use the walking and hiking trail or bike / walking trail on the Ziller directly behind the house. The train stations in Mayrhofen and Bichl can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot.

Cosy apartment
The apartment is ideally situated for the ski buses just a short walk away. The apartment was very cosy, warm and beautifully presented. The hosts were lovely and very friendly we had a great last evening with them and Google translater. Would thoroughly recommend and can't wait to return next year

Provided you have a car you'll have a very pleasant stay at Leonhard & Elisabeth's apartment. Very welcoming hosts. Nicely furnished apartment with more than adequate accoutrements to make your stay one without worry. Lots of storage space and nice to see a bath with a shower. Whilst there was only my wife and I the apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. Would happily stay there again next time we're in the area

Ein wunderschöner Frühlingsurlaub
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Eine kurze Führung für Skiaufbewahrung, Skischuhtrockner, Müll sowie ein Info für Skibus und Pistenpläne gehörte dazu. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Auch Geschirr, Besteck, Kochgeräte und Töpfe sind ausreichend zu finden- keineswegs selbstverständlich in Ferienwohnungen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Mayrhofen sind, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.Liebe Grüße an Familie Walder

Schöne Wohnung, gute Lage, freundliche Vermieter
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit der Nähe zur Horbergbahn idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Ski fahren. Schöne Wohnung, super ausgestattet und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Leider für unseren Faschingsurlaub nächstes Jahr schon vermietet.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, auch unsere Kinder hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Eigentümer wohnen im selben Haus und waren ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Außerdem hatten wir eine sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder wiederkommen! Vielen lieben Dank nochmal!

Eine großartige Unterkunft
Meine Frau und ich haben uns in Elisabeths Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Angefangen bei der überaus herzlichen Begrüßung hatten wir eine ganz tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die ruhige Lage mit ihrer tollen Aussicht ist perfekt für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Das Auto kann also meistens auf dem Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung verbleiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Gut ausgestattete FeWo (in der Küche gibt's alles, was man braucht). Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Super liebe Gastgeber. Horbergbahn zu Fuß erreichbar (nur die Strecke in Skischuhen zu gehen ist nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert)

Einfach wunderschön
Ein schönes Quartier mit einem herrlichen Blick in die Berge. Wir waren eine Woche zum Skilaufen hier. Die umliegenden Skigebiete sind gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung, der kurze Weg zur Gondel war für uns ausschlaggebend. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles was man benötigt. Elisabeth und Leonhard sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der nächste Urlaub in der Unterkunft ist bereits gebucht.

Unsere 2 Wochen in Tirol waren rundum super. Die Wohnung bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und die Vermieter sind äußerst liebenswert. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an wie in Familie. Perfekter Urlaub
Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Zillertal bei Fam. Walder verbracht. Es war in der tollen Wohnung ein perfekter erholsamer Urlaub. Die FeWo ist super eingerichtet, sehr sauber, viel Platz. Die Terasse liegt am Nachmittag/Abend im Schatten, was jetzt im Sommer sehr angenehm war. Die Vermieter sind herzensgut und nehmen sich immer Zeit für ihre Gäste. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher unterstellen. Die Lage der FeWo ist perfekt für Unternehmungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.
