This unit was perfect for my family of six! Perfect location at peak eight. Ski rental place and ski lift were located right across the street. Very convenient!

Ski Vacation
It was a great location for ski in ski out. Ski out was a short ski/walk to snowflake lift. The accommodations were ok for 4 couples, although a bit tight. It was convenient to walk to town or to take the shuttle around. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location
I stayed here with a group of 6 women. The place was spacious with 4 bedrooms and a nice living area/kitchen space. We had a 3rd car and parked the extra at the airport road lot (about 5 min drive) as you only get 2 parking passes. Location was about a 10-15 minute walk from Main Street, so it was easy to come/go and there were nearby hikes to walk to also. There was one shared outdoor hot tub, as the indoor hot tubs were closed. Communication was not seamless - Since this was hosted by Vasca, you essentially have to download that app too for check in info. When I sent a message to the ‘host’ on VRBO with a few questions prior to our stay, I did not receive a response until we had already been checked in, and our stay was halfway through - all communication felt automated and not personalized.

Great value for the price
It is truly ski in/out. Usually that's put in the description and you have to take it with a grain of salt. This is walk out into the parking lot, clip in, and ski about 2000 yards to the Snowflake lift. Then when coming home, you ski down lower 4'o clock run and it goes alongside the parking lot. The pics online do a great job making it look bigger than it is. We had 5 people and it was perfectly fine. Not sure we would have wanted to have 10 in there. Condo was clean when we arrived. Had to call the first night because it was cold and not heating up. The other comments about the management company not being much help were spot on. They said they would have someone call me back, but they never did. By Day 2, it was toasty, though. Not as nice as others we've stayed in Breck, but it was also cheaper than those by a couple hundred per night, which is why I feel it was a very good value for what the price was. We would stay there again.

Great Choice for Family Ski Vacation!
This unit served us very well. My wife and I, two sons and their wives and our three grandchildren, ages 8, 5 and 1 fit well. It was nice that each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. It was a short 3 minute walk down to the Snowflake Lift and we could ski right back to our unit at the end of the day via the four o'clock trail. Christy's has a store less than two blocks away on 4 O'clock road

Ski-in, ski-out
I have never stayed at a ski-in, ski-out property before, and it was amazing! Breckenridge is a small town that can get flooded with so many visitors, so the traffic can get backed up, and not having to worry about any of that to get to the lifts and back was my favorite. The condo was clean and warm and had everything we needed. The shared hot-tub space was also really spacious and perfect after working those muscles all day. If there was anything slightly negative, it was that one of the mattresses was rock hard and one had a big depression in it.

Never Again
This was not a good experience. On the first night we noticed, the window wouldn't shut, there was used soap in the bathroom, there was a bag of towels on the washer (no clue if they were clean or dirty), the hot tub key card didn't work...we notified Vacasa right away...they said they would contact the property manager...we never heard from anyone. Vacasa sent an email about checking out...pack all your belongings, start dishwasher, turn off the lights...the instructions in the condo were to COMPLETELY CLEAN EVERYTHING...dishwasher, trash inside and out, turn off lights, lock everything, return everything to its place. The only thing the cleaning fee covers is to wash the linens. Parking is horrible. The first email states 1 paid parking pass for a 4 bedroom. When checking in they did give us for but there are only about 10 spots...so if the place is full, you're screwed. The pictures make the living room look big, it's not, very small, only 2 chairs and 1 couch...not really big enough for 5 or more ppl. The only reason I gave Definitely not a good experience. I will ensure I NEVER stay here again.

Cozy and clean!
The cleanliness and size was amazing! The living room is very cozy! The biggest downfall is irks 2 flights of stairs up to the condo which makes getting everything in a bit challenging. There is a slow elevator that helps some.

Very nice and very well equipped 3d floor condo
Great location, quiet but only a short walk to downtown Breck. Easily accommodated our group of five adults and two kids. Better instructions would have made it even better.

Comfy Ski In-Ski Out
We loved that you could ski in and almost ski out of the townhome. Bedrooms comfy and great size but kitchen and living area relatively small for a four bedroom. Easy walk to town. Had all the kitchen equipment you would need and enough towels. Wish there had been a notebook with condo info to explain how to get DVD player to work and who to contact with issues. Shower drain upstairs clogged up from the first day on. Would recommend to friends.

Perfect slope side condo
The condo looked nice in pictures and it did not disappoint. There was ample space for the entire family and the beds were very comfortable. The condo was spotless when we arrived; check in was a breeze. My favorite part was drinking my morning coffee on the deck with a beautiful view of the mountains. Restaurants, grocery store, and everything I needed was only a few minute walk to town (and a short bus ride back if I was tired). If you are looking for a condo on the mountain, this cannot be beat.
