Biosphere Reserve Lanzarote, holiday home in a rural location in La Asomada, Tías, camino el Callo I nr 66

Our detached house is on a green plot.
It has a living room, a bedroom with a bathroom, two further bedrooms and another bathroom as well as a kitchen, two winter gardens and a sun terrace on the south side of the house.
From the living room and the terrace you have a panoramic and panoramic view of southern Lanzarote, the Atlantic and Fuerteventura. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the village of La Asomada from the conservatory in the back of the house, which is usually used as a dining room.
There is a fireplace in the living room.

The house is fully furnished and equipped - incl. Bed and table linen, hand and bath towels, washing machine, safe, sun loungers, television reception via ASTRA-Sat with all German channels.

We have personally looked after our holiday apartments and guests on site in Lanzarote since 1993.
As far as possible, special requests will be gladly fulfilled '

Quiet village retreat
Had a lovely stay at this villa with my partner. We stayed in the last week of January, so the weather was changeable and quite cold at night. We were grateful to find an electric oil heater to take the edge off the cold winds. Hot water tank limited so quick showers were the order of the day. WiFi signal good at front and in the bedrooms, so we remained connected to life back home and online entertainment in the evenings. The location was blissfully quiet and only 5 minutes drive from the supermarket down the hill. We always enjoy drinks and food at the nearby Puerto Calero marina, which was only 10 minutes drive away, so it made a great base for our week's stay.

Traumhaft im Vulkanland
Das Haus ist riesig - wir waren zu zweit, sechs Erwachsene hätten es auch genossen - und bietet wirklich alles, was man benötigt. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Sonnenliegen, TV, WLAN, komplette Küchenausstattung. Ankommen und sofort wohlfühlen. Kim ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die sofort da ist, wenn man sie braucht ( wohnt zwei Häuser ums Eck :-) ) Die Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel ist ideal, ein großer Supermarkt knapp 2km entfernt - der Flughafen ca 15 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Es ist sehr ruhig und die schattigen Aussenflächen laden zum Chillen ein. Absolute Empfehlung !! Danke Kim, für zwei tolle Wochen !

Gemütliches Haus
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet mit seinen 2 Wintergärten, auch bei schlechterem Wetter, eine gute Atmosphäre mit schöner Aussicht auf das entfernte Meer. Mit dem Mietauto ist man auch schnell beim Einkaufen oder in einem Restaurent am Meer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend und hat uns, da die Abende eher kühl waren, umgehend einen Ofen und Holz für den Kamin zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Herkommen und wohlfühlen
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt, trotz Corona! Die Vermieterin konnte leider nicht vor Ort sein, hatte allerdings alles wunderbar geregelt und eine ganz herzliche Vertretung organisiert. Von der Abholung vom Flughafen, der Übergabe des Mietwagens bis hin zur Abreise hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig, ist sehr gut ausgestattet (es gibt sogar ein Klavier) und an kälteren Abenden konnten wir Heizung nutzen. Wer gerne seine Ruhe hat und doch einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner vor Ort zu schätzen weiß, wird sich hier wohl fühlen.

perfekter Aufenthalt
Das Ferienhaus liegt etwa in der Mitte der Insel, so dass man schnell überall hinfahren kann. Das Haus selbst ist -für uns- perfekt; es gibt eine Küche mit allem erforderlichem Zubehör, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und vor allem 2 Wintergärten (1x West- und 1x Ostseite). Wir hatten zwar 2 Wochen Sonnenschein pur und konnten draußen sitzen, aber wenn es mal was kühler ist, kann man drinnen Sonnenschein genießen.

Meravigliosa villa, molto luminosa e spaziosa.
Casa molto bella situata in posizione strategica per raggiungere tutti gli hotspot presenti sull'isola, ma al tempo stesso lontana dal turismo di massa che trovate nei mille apart-hotel di Puerto del Carmen. Noi eravamo in tre, io, mia moglie e il nostro figlioletto di diciotto mesi e la casa era fin troppo grande per noi, ma in ogni caso lo spazio e le comodità piacciono a tutti, tanto che ho sistemato mia moglie e il bambino in una camera [la casa ne ha tre] e per me mi sono preso la camera padronale, lol, dotata di spazioso bagno e di una doccia magnifica. Praticamente la casa è interamente circondata da un bagno di sole e dal bellissimo giardino di alberi e piante grasse, la vs. privacy è assoluta, il quartiere silenzioso e nessuno disturberà né il vostro sonno, né il vostro relax. A due minuti di auto trovate un supermercato fornitissimo, così come ben fornita è la cucina, nella quale veramente non manca nulla. La proprietaria è una signora molto cordiale e disponibile che per l'occasione all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la casa piena di giocattoli per il nostro bambino e ci ha davvero riempiti di ogni premura, dai consigli su negozi e attrazioni presenti sull'isola, fino a donarci un grosso e succoso melone del posto al momento di andarcene. Per ogni vostra piccola necessità potrete sempre contare su di lei. Che altro dire? Ci torneremmo volentieri.

Einfach super!
Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur empfehlen. Die Lage am Hang mit Panoramablick hinunter aufs Meer, abseits vom touristischen Trubel.Eine gut durchdachte Raumaufteilung und -ausstattung, zwei Wintergärten und eine offene, windgeschützte Terrasse machen diese "Villa" zu einem Traum. Besonders zu würdigen ist die stets freundliche Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin Kim Geitner.

Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis
Das Ferienhaus übertraf in natura die Darstellung im Internet und erfüllte voll und ganz unsere Erwartungen. Die ruhige Lage, die großzügige Raumgestaltung und die sehr gute Ausstattung werden uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben. Die freundliche und zuvorkommende Art und Weise von Frau Geitner begleiteten uns von der Abholung vom Flughafen bis zur Abreise. Frau Geitner stand ständig für Wünsche und Hilfe zur Verfügung, so dass wir uns täglich voll entspannt der Inselerkundung und Erholung widmen konnten. Wir können das Ferienhaus nur weiter empfehlen.

Grande maison bien équipée, très bien située, dans un coin à l'écart des grands complexes touristiques mais proches des commodités et surtout très bien placé pour sillonner toute l'île. Wundervolles Haus abseits des Massentourismus
Ein wunderbar gelegenes Haus: Es ist geräumig und einwandfrei ausgestattet, diverse gut eingerichtete Räume, alle sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ferner gibt es zwei Wintergärten, in denen man sich -auch- herrlich aufhalten kann und Terrassen (eine mit grandiosem Ausblick zur Küste herab über den Ozean). Drumherum ein inseltypischer, ebenso gepflegter `Garten´. Es fehlt an nichts und die benachbarte Vermieterin Kim ist sehr freundlich, nett, zuvorkommend und gleichzeitig diskret (wir wurden von ihr an manchen Tagen mit frischen Eiern ihrer Hühner überrascht :-) Insgesamt ideale Voraussetzungen für einen individuell gestaltbaren Urlaub auf Lanzarote abseits massentouristischer Pfade.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Super Betreuung
Wer einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub in ruhiger und gemütlicher Atmosphäre verbringen möchte und dies auch noch für ein optimales Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, der ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus ist genau so Klasse, wie beschrieben. Es kann wirklich auch für 6 Personen genutzt werden. Platz ist genug da und auch genug Wasser zum warm Duschen (im Gegensatz zu diversen anderen Häusern) und dann erst die Betten ... einfach traumhaft. Alles wurde mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es wurde auf viele Kleinigkeiten geachtet, wie z.B. scharfe Messer, hochwertige Sonnenliegen, neue Duschvorhänge, einfach alles ist sauber und man muß sich deshalb schon einfach wohl fühlen. Bei Fragen ist die Vermieterin gern behilflich, hält sich aber stets im Hintergrund, genauso wie es sein sollte. Wir sind mehrmals im Jahr auf der Insel und haben auch schon diverse Häuser gemietet, aber dieses hat uns zu 1000 % überzeugt und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ganz vielen Dank hier an dieser Stelle nochmal für die spontane Hilfe, Kim und auch für die Frühstückseier :-) Bettina N. und Michael H.

Lanzarote is the ideal vacation destination for anyone wanting to escape to a sunny paradise with few tourists. I was able to fully enjoy all that the island has to offer, thanks to the warm hospitality provided at this home during my stay. The cozy atmosphere, enhanced by the cottage's location in a residential neighborhood, allowed my family to see the famous sites by day and retreat to our private haven by evening. After relaxed breakfasts and cookouts (using the built-in BBQ grill) -- all with the romantic horizon as our backdrop -- we were convinced that our vacation at this cottage was the very definition of Heaven on Earth. The service is friendly and impeccable, and you will receive daily touring and dining recommendations from the owner, who has lived on Lanzarote for twenty years and knows the island like the back of her hand. For us, staying at this idyllic home was crucial in making the most of our vacation. Regardless of whether you are traveling with family, friends, or your significant other, lodging and accommodations are key to building any fantastic trip, and I wholeheartedly recommend this cottage. With brand new appliances and furnishings, we had all the comforts and convenience of home throughout our stay. I still often look through my vacation photos and I can't wait to go back! :)

The closest place to paradise
The cottage we stayed was very spacious and clean. The owner provided us with some welcoming gifts such as wine and cheese. The weather was wonderful and the ocean view was to die for. We will definitely be back!!
