Magnificent house with exceptional views! The pictures don’t do it justice as the views of the mountains and water are breathtaking. What a wonderful location with a sleek beach that is definitely walking distance. We would love to go back again one day with our family and kids

Vraies vacances

Une propriété au calme avec une vue mer et sur les montagnes de Bavella absolument incroyable qui permet un repos et une contemplation de tous les instants. Une propriété merveilleuse et simple à vivre (nous étions 13), magnifiquement aménagée avec goût et style. Une propriétaire à l'écoute et de bons conseils. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und es hat alles sehr gut gepasst. Die Strasse hoch zum Haus ist etwas steil, aber man gewöhnt sich daran… Der Laden in der Nähe ist klein aber fein. Auch der kleine Strand gleich nebenan, ist sehr sauber und empfehlenswert. Wir können das Haus aus unserer Sicht sehr gut weiterempfehlen (4 Erw. & 4 Kinder). Jedes Zimmer mit Dusche & Lavabo und dazu 4 WC.

Vue magnifique

Accueil très sympathique! Maison très bien agencée avec une superbe vue mer et montagne. On se réveille avec un superbe levé de soleil chaque matin. Petite épicerie avec pain frais à proximité ainsi que quelques bons restaurants. Je recommande vivement!

Agréable séjour !

Villa fonctionnelle pour le nombre de personnes accueillies (9 adultes). Bon accueil de la réceptionniste. La villa est situé au calme avec une magnifique vue. Une vraie cuisine extérieure serait appréciable ! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ses vacances et nous la recommandons.

Superbe villa, avec une superbe vue, mais un peu loin des principaux points d’interêt.

Superbe villa, superbe vue, pratique est spacieuse, chemin d’accès légèrement escarpée, plage à deux minutes. Seul point négatif un peu loin des différents supermarché, et des principaux centres d’intérêts. Mais parfait pour ceux qui ne souhaite pas être des les grandes villes!

Ein wunderbares Haus in sehr gutem Zustand mit einem großartigen Ausblick.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern zu Gast und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Viele Terrassen, der Pool die große Küche und die Grünanlage drumherum boten viel Platz, um uns auszubreiten. Die moderne Einrichtung und das architektonische Konzept waren ein Genuß. Einziges Manko: Es gibt nur 2 Toiletten im Haus. Für 10 Personen etwas zu wenig, vor allem, wenn Kinder dabei sind.

un séjour de rêve

la maison est superbe, très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. La piscine est bien chauffée et la situation géographique est top. Un lieu calme et préservé pour se ressourcer tout en profitant des beautés de la Corse: belle plage à 7 minutes de voiture avec un restaurant au top (Fautea). La propriétaire est très gentille et très réactive. Nous sommes venus à 3 couples avec 5 garçons entre 1 et 4 ans et nous recommandons vivement cette maison. C'était parfait!

Exceptional property - with some issues

This is an exceptional property but we had 3 issues - access, loos, and living room aircon. Some people won’t mind these issues but best to know in advance. The views of the sea and mountains are wonderful. But this is only possible because the property is perched atop a hill. Private access from the road is some 400 metres long starting with a gentle upward stony track then climbing some 70 meters on concrete at an almost impossible gradient. This requires 1st gear in a car (one car we saw slipped its clutch). Due to the gradient the walk down is not pleasant and the walk up is challenging in the early morning or late evening and punishing if not impossible in the heat of the day. It's only for very fit humans and dogs. Those with mobility issues, small children or buggy pushing parents should not attempt it. There is a work around - take your car down and park at the foot for the return up - not ideal. The property in effective terms is 700 meters from the beach / shop – driveway (with gradient) some 400 meters plus road to the car park 300 meters. The swimming pool is wonderful, warm at around 30 degrees, checked weekly, powered cover. The toilets are awful! There are only 2 small loos, neither has hand basin or bidet. The ground floor loo serves 3 bedrooms, the top floor loo 2 bedrooms. You can hardly fit in the top one, there is no fresh air or extractor. The property description states 5 en suite bathrooms – I had expected 5 loos in a “luxury” property. The outdoor eating area is a lovely place to have lunch. The indoor living area has no aircon. At night leave the doors open and brave the insects, or close the doors and suffer extreme heat. The bedrooms have aircon. The glass doors have no visible safety strip - one guest walked into a door causing a serious black eye and bruised face. There was no audio we could find but we took our own Bluetooth system. We didn't see an advertised "boat" or "petanque". The bed linen was partly substandard - helpfully exchanged by the local agent; the kitchen knives were not sharp. It was good having 2 fridges and 2 dishwasher machines. The restaurants at the beach and further away (e.g. at Solanzara) are lovely. The little shop at the beach stocks most essentials. There are supermarkets (Spar at Ste Lucie and Leclerc at Porto Vecchio). Local wineries e.g. at Lecci worth a visit also trips to Zonza and Bonifacio.

SEJOUR GENIAL

Merveilleux séjour dans une magnifique maison accrochée à la colline avec vues mer et montagne. Superbe endroit, prestations exceptionnelles !

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cette superbe villa qui domine la mer avec vue sur les montagnes. Les équipements et la décoration sont soignés et l'accueil très agréable. Idéalement placé, à proximité du village de Tarco, l'endroit se prête aux excursions, aux activités balnéaires et nautiques. Piscine ensoleillée spacieuse entourée de terrasses en tek.
