The Space:
Superb, quiet and highly functional studio apartment, the perfect pied-à-terre for a successful Parisian vacation.

Spacious, functional and completely refurbished apartment! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.

The apartment features a convertible sofa bed for 2 people with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.

On entering the apartment, you'll find :

- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- a convertible sofa bed for 2 (140 by 200),
- a storage space,
- a bathroom with shower and toilet, very comfortable and fully equipped (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, towels...).
- an iron and an ironing board.

Unlimited access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort throughout your stay.
Professional housekeeping services will be provided upon both your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is spotless for your enjoyment.

Family-Friendly Services:
If you need a cot and high chair, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please note that we do not provide baby linen.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in is from 3:00 pm.
Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged based on availability, with confirmation provided 24 hours in advance and applicable charges may apply.

Deposit Requirement:
A €150 deposit is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. You can expect a refund from 21 business days after departure, provided there are no damages noted.

Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette smell post-stay: €450.
Additional key service is available only for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys: Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key or lock.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Please do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment.
Respect the peace and quiet of your neighbors to avoid deductions from your deposit.
Please be mindful of any ongoing construction within the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Internet Access:
Kindly refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for any connection malfunctions.
PS: Please note that Wi-Fi is currently unavailable throughout the entire building for an indefinite period. This issue is beyond our control, and we will not accept any complaints or requests for compensation for any inconvenience caused.

Minimum Age Requirement:
The minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Guests under 23 must be accompanied by an adult meeting the required age. Failure to comply will result in denial of entry, and no refund requests will be entertained.
