this condo is located only three blocks from the beach and a short walk to fine dining, nightlife, and shopping. It has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths in a 2 story townhouse design. The master bedroom has a balcony facing the interior garden and pool.

The condo has air conditioning in each room, hot water and an equipped kitchen.
It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with a bath tub, this bedroom has a private balcony overlooking one of the two pools at the Villa Verde II Complex. The second bedroom has a full size bed and private bathroom too and there is a double sofa bed in the living room.
