Great experience

The property was a perfect size for our group of 4. It had everything we needed for our short getaway. When there was a small issue with check in, the property managers were quick to respond and remedy it, even on a holiday weekend.

Nice place, great location!

The townhome was clean and comfortable and I especially enjoyed having the bedrooms downstairs as they kept cool. I found a couple of repairs that needed to be done and the owner was very responsive! I had a great stay!

My 13 yo son and I stayed here. It was very clean! The location is great as its far enough away from town its quiet but close enough to run and grab what you need.

Excellent check in. Home was clean, but does need to be refreshed. Stains on the carpet on the stairs. Missing sink stopper over the garbage disposal. Downstairs bathroom door would not stay shut without slamming it. More towels and dishcloths in the kitchen. Outside deck area full of cobwebs. Little things that just need to be addressed.

Bella Vista is a nice little getaway. So much to do. Lakes, rivers, golfing & Mountain biking.

I thought the property was good for the price. Great rental for 2-3 people. I have bad knees, so I didn't care for the stairs to the 2 bds. Great location for golf, community pool. Biking & restaurants.

Property was conveniently located next to a grocery store, restaurants, a public pool, tennis courts, basketball goals, and putt putt. Property was clean and cozy. Only suggestion is a larger trash can in the kitchen. Check- in was very easy and host was responsive to questions.
