LIVING AREA

The inviting living area serves as the social heart of the home, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a love seat, and a 48” flat-screen TV with cable. Enjoy a provided selection of games and puzzles.

KITCHEN & DINING

The sparkling kitchen offers a full suite of new stainless steel appliances as well as plenty of helpful gadgets and cookware.

When meals are ready, gather at the table for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This unit sleeps up to seven guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find comfort in the peaceful master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, 32” TV with cable, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Sleep soundly in the second bedroom, furnished with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-size bed. The guest bedroom also has a small private patio with a bistro table for two.

The hall guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy views of the lake on the spacious back patio, equipped with ample seating for the group.

It’s a great location sleeps 6 total but ideal for 4. Loved being walking distance to beach, directly across and great area to walk or bike around. The place had nice outside back patio with view of lake, perfect for relaxing after beach.

Wonderful Stay

This property is exactly as listed and more. The area was also close to everything. Biking in the neighborhood and walks on the gulf were the best! Mark and Chloe are wonderful hosts and their graciousness was appreciated. We will be back! Thank you!

Very nice stay

Haven’t stayed in very many VRBO’s, but this was a nice place. Well-stocked kitchen, good sized sleeping quarters great location. We walked to the beach every day. Internet was a bit wonky at times, but the owners were quick to respond. Only real negatives were the construction on the unit next door, and some loud neighbors next door, both of which were outside of our control. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect!!

This stay was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing and close to everything. You can walk to the beach and local restaurants. Shopping is super close in either direction of the highway. Everything looked as pictured. I have no complaints at all except for the water and ice in the refrigerator did not taste good and the Keurig leaked after making coffee every time but otherwise it was great! I’ll definitely be returning very soon.

Great location

Overall we enjoyed our stay the only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is that the Keurig leaks everywhere anytime you put water in it so it’s hard to make a cup of coffee and we couldn’t watch any of the football games and there wasn’t any clear instructions on how to use the tv services but besides that it was a nice place and in a great location. We had a great time.

Very Pleased!

Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Home was clean; great location convenient to beach, pool, etc. Lovely back patio overlooking the lake was my favorite feature. Perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Patio was set back and separated by a low wall so was still secure for little ones.

Everything is good but they need to clean a lil more and the cabinets paint is peeling off

Everything it’s great it’s close to the beach you can walk to the beach and back the cable service is great they have Netflix Disney plus they have everything for a family.

Beautiful property perfect location

Everything is as pictured in the listing. The owners were very professional, courteous and responsive to all inquiries. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed: restaurants, beach, shops. Very quiet, serene area...the lake views are spectacular.

Great stay October 2020

Location and rental were great, property owner very easy to work with and responded quickly during booking and our stay. Loved the lake view out back patio and ocean was just right across the street! Bed was comfy, huge shower head in Master bath and decor and layout of rental was great with beautiful modern decor. Plenty of parking and neighbors were nice - we had a great stay despite a hurricane coming through!!

Our home is unique because the upstairs (vrbo 2009107) and downstairs (vrbo 2035883) (can be rented alone or together) are identical. So perfect for a smaller family or a few couples or rent the entire thing for a family reunion!
Our home has one of the best locations in Destin. You are close to so many things, many by foot. Our home also back to four prong lake so you feel private and have lovely views and amazing sunsets!

What makes this property unique

Our home is a great value when you want to be near the beach, not have to get in the car to grab dinner but want to avoid the high beachfront rates. Enjoy!
