This 3-bedroom 3 Bath unit at Surfside Resort offers amazing views and everything you could want for your vacation. The living room has been updated with new furniture and artwork. Relax and watch TV with a streaming blue-ray player. The master bedroom has a king bed and an adjoining bathroom with a shower/ tub combo. The guest bedroom sleeps 4 people with 2 full-size beds. This unit comes with a washer and dryer, as well as a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

The 3rd bedroom is a private lock-out unit, perfect for a separate couple. This room has a king bed, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette with a mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster oven. It also has a private balcony to enjoy those perfect sunsets.

Surfside Resort offers its on-site dining at the Royal Palm Grille Restaurant. Enjoy dinner in the main dining room, or on the brand-new outside deck, all overlooking the beautiful gulf. Or you can enjoy drinks and the sunset at the RPG Beach Bar.
This unit includes (2) complimentary beach chairs with an umbrella every day during your stay. (March 1 through October 31).

Surfside offers an incredible pool deck featuring a heated swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzi spas, a kiddie pool, an expansive pool deck, and saunas. There is a poolside tiki bar and beachside food service in season, which is available to all guests.

Interior of the condo is good, bathrooms updated and functional kitchen and living areas. The Surfside building and amenities were hit or Miss... there were brand new barbecues and nice pool/spa and sport courts. Hallway carpet needs replacing and elevators are slow for a packed week like June peak summer season. Beach setup with chairs and umbrella made the beach time really easy and enjoyable.

The view cannot be beat!
Our trip was simply amazing! Condo was perfect, clean, had all the basic necessities we needed, loved the fact that there was laundry on site, beds were comfortable, the pool was great, just everything about this trip was awesome. The deck and view are priceless.

The decor could be upgraded but it was still a nice and comfortable place to stay. Clean hot tub and pool. The sky walk to the beach and bar was awesome! The only thing I think we didn’t like is that there is no ramp to get to the beach and we has to carry our wagons up and down the stairs from the road to the beach. All the staff were easy and a joy to work with if we had any questions or concerns.

I am hesitant to leave a review because there are good and bad things about this condo. The good-the view is amazing, the location is great, just a short walk across the street to the beach. The living room and bathrooms have had some updating, but the rest of the condo needs some love. The beds had very thin sheets and a thin blanket on them and were not made up with comforters(these were sitting on the floor in the closets), the 2nd bedroom the bed skirt was ripped and hanging down, the carpet in the bedrooms was stained, the tv in the master bedroom-although it worked, it had static so you could barely see the picture and the volume on the remote didn't work, the kitchen is fully stocked although the pans aren't great and the toaster smoked bad every time we used it, some of the lights didn't work or only worked part of the time, and some of the sliding doors wouldn't lock but we were on the 4th floor so it wasn't really an issue. Again, I hate leaving a negative review. If the owner did some updating I would stay here again. One other perk is you are right above the Royal Palm Grille and the food there is so good!
