Shine On is nestled on a hideaway in downtown Gatlinburg close to all the great shopping, dining, games, shows, unique attractions, and much more all within walking distance. For unlimited hiking and outdoor adventures, the Great Smoky Mountains Park is minutes away!
You will feel the warmth and charm as you enter Shine On. The open floor plan gives a spacious feel as the living room, kitchen and dining room all flow seamlessly with the coziness of a beautiful stone gas fireplace. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal as simple or as lavish as you could wish. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cabinets and drawers stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and prep tools all at your fingertips. Also, a dishwasher to help make cleanup easy.
There are 5 smart tv's, courtesy wi-fi, loft area, and a variety of games for you to enjoy. Step outside and there is a fire pit meant for relaxing under the stars, a park style grill and a hot tub ready to use. Rocking chairs are placed on the back deck for you to enjoy and reflect on the day or to listen to the creek below!
Shine On hosts 3 comfortable bedrooms, each having attached baths and king beds, luggage racks, fresh linens and towels. The bath on the lower level contains a jetted tub and shower, also a double sink to help make getting ready easy. To accommodate 3 additional guests you will find a queen sized sofa sleeper and a full futon. In addition, a half bath is on the lower level.
The cabin is easily accessible to drive to and is on a level lot with plenty of parking. Have a seat in a rocking chair on the back porch and breath in the mountain air. Girls Trip

Amazing house with plenty of seating and open areas. The front porch was absolutely awesome and couldn’t ask for a better location of the house. We were able to walk back-and-forth from downtown to the house. The hot tub was a huge hit as well.

This stay was by far one of the best stays at any cabin I have ever stayed at in Gatlinburg. The location is amazing, the atmosphere stunning, and the owner is so kind, responsive, and all around welcoming. Yes, you can walk to Gatlinburg. Yes, you will see tons of wildlife and bears. Yes, the rooms are spacious. Yes, the cabin is beautiful. You won’t regret this booking!

This property worked wonderfully for our post-COVI siblings reunion. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. The property was well maintained and very clean. If I ever return to Gatlinburg I would stay here again.

The convenience of this cabin to the main downtown strip is unparalleled. It’s so close and convenient, perfectly located in every way. The cabin was gorgeous and fit our entire party with ease. Had a great long weekend. Beautiful home with awesome set up and all you need to relax. Walkable to main attractions. Owners are extremely responsive. Perfect getaway for friends and families.

5-Night Getaway
This property is top-notch. The cabin was clean and the AC was cold (very important with temps near 100 degrees). It was only a 2-3 minute drive to the main strip in Gatlinburg. The final 1/4 mile to get to the cabin is very steep so the walk back from the main part of Gatlinburg would be difficult. I recommend driving but, again, it is a very short drive. The master bed is very comfortable. I have zero complaints. It was a perfect trip (5 adults, 1 teen, and 1 toddler). Make sure you don't keep food in your vehicles and you latch the bear-proof garbage cans. We had a bear peek in our car window and our neighbor said a bear got in his truck (he left the doors unlocked ... yes, bears can open car doors).

We had a great weekend at this house. The location was walking distance to the main strip in Gatlinburg, although you had to pass through an undesirable area to get there, we still chose to walk each day.

Beautiful new cabin in ideal location!
Beautiful, 2 story cabin in perfect location for touring and hiking the Great Smoky National Park . We vacationed with 3 couples and the home was so spacious. In the morning we drank coffee on the porch, listening to the babbling creek and watching a cute muskrat family eating and playing by the creek. After a day of hiking , we enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor firepit , then drinks on the porch and even saw a bear in the creek below ! Tip - bring your binoculars! The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishes , utensils and glassware. Top of the line coffee maker and Keurig ( bring your own coffee / kcups/ sugar etc ) and toaster . Very nice home and host Ann was so easy to work with and accommodating! Top notch !

Amazing cabin with short drive to Gatlinburg
This cabin is BEAUTIFUL, super clean, and fun with all of the activities (board/electronic games + hot tub). Bonus is you can see the cabin from the aerial tram at Ober Gatlinburg. Awesome trip -we plan on coming back here again with our parents. Note to future guests: I wouldn't consider this walking distance to town - it's up a hill through a slightly weird area (few abandoned houses) though it is a very close drive.

With its convenient location, it is only a short walk to enjoy a stroll on the parkway or take a ride on the aerial tramway, or to take in some wine and moonshine tastings! The Gatlinburg Bypass is also only .8 miles to be able to get around more easily. The area at the side of the house includes a hot tub, park style grill and gas firepit to enjoy under the stars!
