Welcome to my single storey house located 450m above sea level 10 km from Besançon. It is located in the countryside in a recent and quiet housing estate with a view of the fields and has an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator)...
You will have access to 4 private rooms for a maximum of 12 people as well as (kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, bathroom, WC, terrace, swimming pool, lawn, a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 mattresses on the floor).Fiber Wi-Fi. Cot on request.
The swimming pool is accessible and located out of sight. Group parties and birthdays are not allowed.Cancellation possible 14 days before 100% refund.
There will be no other people but you.
The garage is not part of the rental.
