Cosy and homely terrace house in a quiet residential area on the southern tip of the island, about 1 km west of the resort of Punta Prima.
2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, open well equipped kitchen with dining area, satellite TV, washing machine, furnished terrace and private garden with resting place. Only local traffic, parking space next to the house, bus stop 200 m.
50 m from the sea (rocky coast), 1 bar and 2 restaurants. Add Punta Prima (10 minutes walking) beach, restaurants, shopping and leisure activities. San Lluis is 5 km away, the capital city Mahon 14 km.
As the ideal base for a relaxing holiday, which has for the individual holidaymakers to offer from cozy evenings on the patio and walks by the sea, about swimming and sports, to tours of historical and cultural sights everything. A car is recommended, especially if you want to explore the different landscapes and cities in the north of the island. Shopping and the capital Mahon, with their diverse range and the impressive harbor, but also are easily reached by bus. Even everything is accessible on foot already in Punta Prima, what you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea like that.

Very Nice

Très bon séjour dans cette petite maison très bien conçue, ravis de la retrouver après les visites et les baignades nous avons passé une très belle semaine, merci pour la bouteille de vin à l'arrivée dégustée sur la terrasse. JE RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT

Petite maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison malgré une chaleur écrasante! La douche extérieure est très appréciable et les ventilateurs aussi même si l’un d’entre eux est bruyant! Je recommande

Très beau séjour dans une très agréable maison

Maison confortable ou rien ne manque, cuisine très bien équipée, 3 chambres, ventilateurs dans toutes les pièces, 2 terrasses qui permettent d’être à l’ombre toute la journée, la mer à deux pas ( rochers certes, mais magnifique !). Nous reviendrons 😃!

Super Lage direkt am Wasser

Kleines Häuschen am Wasser mit Zugang zu einer kleinen steinigen Bucht, in der man morgens schon schnell ins Meer springen kann. Das Haus ist mit allem Haus ausgestattet, was man braucht und sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Casa muy agradable

La casa está muy bien ,muy limpio y muy tranquilo.Lo mejor las vistas y la ducha exterior que tienen en el jardín .Pero hay que puntualizar que no hay internet, que tienes un módem que es de prepago que tienes que pagar tú y que no tiene vitro, sino dos fogones de gas. Y recomendable hablar antes con la propietaria para aclarar los cambios de toallas y sábanas.

Direkter Meerblick, sehr schöne Lage

Sehr schöner, (noch) unverbauter Blick von der oberen Terasse direkt auf das Meer. Einzig das auf dem gegenüberliegenden, seeseitigen Grundstück aufgestellte Schild "Venta/Sale" trübt etwas die Sicht auf's Meer und lässt befürchten, dass dieser wunderbare Blick einmal verbaut werden könnte. Relativ ruhige Lage, die Straße vorm Haus war wenig befahren. Besonders Hellhörige können sich evtl. im vorderen Schlafzimmer gestört fühlen, wenn (wie auf Menorca so üblich) nachts der Müll an der nahe gelegenen Sammelstelle abgeholt wird. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich, sauber und zweckmäßig für einen Ferienhausurlaub ausgestattet / eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts, alle benötigten Utensilien (Vorräte / Putzmittel) rund um Küche / Bad waren vorhanden. Im Garten gibt es eine weitere Terasse mit Liegen und großem Sonnenschirm, wo es sich wunderbar Ausspannen und Sonnenbaden lässt.

Super tolle Lage am Meer

Dieses Haus hat eine super Lage. Nur 2 min. Fußmarsch bis zum Meer. Das Wasser ist kristallklar und angenehm warm. Im Haus gab es alles , vom Eierkocher bis zum Zauberstab. Alles sehr sauber und heimelig eingerichtet. Echt super. Es gab ausreichend Platz und die Fürsorge der Vermieterin war sehr lobenswert.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in einem Haus, in dem wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt haben

Bisher kannten wir auf den Balearen nur Mallorca (ohne Ballermann). Mit Menorca haben wir nun unsere Trauminsel gefunden. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und der Blick auf's Meer von der Terrasse ist wunderbar. Es ist alles vorhanden, was zu einem entspannten Urlaub benötigt wird. Son Ganxo ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Die Abwicklung hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Auf diesem Weg noch einmal ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieterin. Sie war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit per E-Mail und Telefon für uns erreichbar und hat uns mit Rat und Tat (ich benötigte ärztliche Hilfe) zur Seite gestanden. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn wir dürfen :-)

Tolle Lage und genug Platz zum günstigen Preis

Wir vier (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) haben uns in dem Ferienhaus zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat sich uns so präsentiert wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Ausstattlung ist aufs Wesentliche beschränkt. Alles, was man wirklich braucht, ist vorhanden. Wir haben bewusst ein Domizil mit drei Schlafzimmern gewählt, so hatten beide Kinder ein eigenes Zimmer. Prima waren der durchdachte und ziemlich wirksame Mückenschutz und die Verdunklungsmöglichkeit an den Fenstern. Die Deckenventilatoren in allen Räumen sorgen für erträgliche Bedingungen auch im Hochsommer. Gefallen hat uns auch, dass das Haus ein bisschen abseits vom Trubel liegt und trotzdem alles Wichtige (Supermärkte, Strände, Restaurants) nicht weit entfernt ist. Für Ausflüge oder den Großeinkauf braucht man aber dann doch ein Mietauto. Klasse ist natürlich der direkte Meerblick, den man von der Terrasse aus hat. Das sehr ordentliche Restaurant Son Ganxo und die schöne Badestelle unterhalb der Gaststätte (ideal zum kurzen Erfrischen am Abend) erreicht man zu Fuß in zwei Minuten. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin vor und nach dem Urlaub war sehr hilfreich und gut. So hat sie uns jetzt im Nachgang zugesagt, die paar kleinen Mängel, die wir ihr nach unserer Heimkehr genannt haben, nach Möglichkeit noch abzustellen. Das würde das ohnehin positive Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des hübschen, recht gepflegten kleinen Häuschens noch weiter aufwerten.

Very nice house on a great location

A pleasant, spacious and clean house. Good facillities. A nice terrace with a great view at the sea. Very friendly and helpful owner. The airport is nearby. Beautiful surrounding, nice little beaches. Mahon and Cituadella are lovely cities to visit. A good choice to visit Menorca.

Tolle Aussicht und gepflegtes Haus

Wir waren im Frühjahr 2016 hier in Son Ganxo und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die vielen Tipps von Frau Meßbacher waren toll. Die ruhige Lage ist super und besonders der tollen Blick aufs Meer war wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gute Ausstattung

Gute Ausstattung, schöne Lage und die Betreuung vor Ort hat ebenfalls gut funktioniert. Für normale Urlauber ohne Luxusansprüche sehr empfehlenswert
