Great view
The house is beautiful and has an amazing view. It was clean, modern, and spacious. It is a bit of a hike to the beach though. Also, there was construction all around us and a crew drilling the rocks beside us all day. It was extremely loud and disturbing. It was hard to enjoy the house with all of that noise. This is not the owner’s fault, but it is something to keep in mind when booking. The whole area is under construction. Otherwise the house was amazing.

Top location, 5 minutes walk from a fantastic bay-beach, in a modern house.
The location is fantastic - located on the wall of the mountain,thanks to the rather high location the view on the bay is marvelous. Access to the beach is by stairs and only takes 5 minutes to access the wonderfull beach when descending from this house. The house is recent, modern style and very well equipped for a family of 5, roof is at the level of the street and thus car is parked on the roof, three floors down is the living room, kitchen and terras with small pool (unfortunately the pool was not clean and not working), middle level is for three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. Some additional maintenance needed to repair rain water damage on the top floor ceiling and also showers need repair (new shower heads needed and some mozaik tiles not present). The whole family enjoyed this 'Easter' stay in this sunny location.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Sicht
Die Wohnung ist schön, jedoch müsste dort mit wenig Aufwand einiges repariert werden. Die Sauberkeit kann eindeutig verbessert werden. Jedoch war der Service sehr freundlich und eine defekte Jalousie wurde umgehend repariert. Zum Stand geht es über einige Treppenstufen, ca. 80 Höhenmeter, der Weg ist leicht zu finden. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer, die Betten und Küchengeräte waren prima und die Aussicht auf den wunderbaren breiten langen Strand (im März leer) großartig. Die Küstenbebauung rechts und links versperrt glücklicher Weise nicht die Sicht. Wir sind gewandert und Rennrad gefahren. Valencia ist nur 40 km entfernt und der Besuch lohnt sich! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
