Chalet at Running Y Ranch Resort with deck and hot tub

Family friendly chalet at Running Y Ranch Resort with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Sleeps 6. Master bedroom has a queen bed and is upstairs with walk in shower and jetted bathtub. There is a loft area upstairs with sofa, reclining chair, TV and a desk area, if you need to work or browse the internet.
There are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. One room has a queen bed and the other a full bed.
Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, coffee grinder, tea kettle, toaster oven, crock pot, blender, mixer and coffee beans and tea. Dining table seats six. There is a gas fireplace for cool evenings. Air conditioning for warm days.
The deck is my favorite area to sit and watch the occassional deer pass by or graze. There is a hot tub and gas barbeque.
I live at Running Y Ranch and I hope you have the opportunity to visit. It is a one hour drive to Crater Lake. We have many miles of paved paths for walking or bicycle riding.
All of the Sports Center amenities are included: swimming pool, jacuzzi, Sauna, tennis courts, volleyball court and outdoor playground.
Running Y has 2 restaurants and a market with deli.

Nice retreat close to Crater Lake!

We enjoyed our stay here. I feel like the pictures don't do it justice. The chalet is well done and cozy. We had space for 2 kids, my husband and I. It has a nice view out the back. We ate outside on the patio a couple of times. We also really enjoyed the amenities of staying in the Running Y resort (which is lovely). We used the spa, dined in the restaurant several times and shopped at the market. We also used the walking trail around the golf course. The place has bikes, which is great, but we didn't use them. Kathy was very easy to work with. No problems checking in or checking out.

Awesome chalet

We had a great time at this property. It is very relaxing with spectacular views, nice walking trails. Enjoyed it thoroughly. There are hills and some steps so it can be a little difficult if you have mobility issues.

Loved the property. Easy to access. Snow was shovelled. The restaurants were open till late so food was never a problem.. lots of activities to enjoy on a longer trip, but ours was short and centered around Crater Lake

Quiet, clean and cozy

We stayed in Kathy’s Chalet for just a couple nights but found it to be very comfortable, just as advertised. We used it as a home base while visiting Crate Lake and the Lava Beds and it couldn’t have worked out better. Highly recommended and we look forward to coming back to the area in the future.

Perfect Crater Lake escape

5 of us friends stayed at Kathy's property. The chalet was clean and exactly as advertised. The deck and outdoor hot tub were very relaxing to use (bugs were around but that's to be expected now). The location in Klamath Falls was convenient to access Crater Lake and other nearby sights. Kathy was great and responsive to work with; she even swung by within 5 minutes when we couldn't find a corkscrew! Overall, a great experience that we would love to repeat in the future.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the property, everything we could have wanted was provided and then some. The only negative point was the relatively high cost of our stay. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks to Kathy for being such a great host!

Wonderful Experience!

We had a great stay at this chalet! It was so clean and well-stocked. There were many little details and amenities, from quality linens to fresh coffee beans, that made us feel right at home. The beds were very comfortable. The chalet is situated in a quaint and well-maintained neighborhood, part of the Running Y Resort community. We had access to the resort's pool and fitness center. The view from the chalet's back deck was amazing and well-shaded from the afternoon sun. There were 2 bikes for us to use, which was a nice surprise. The communication with our host, Kathy, was incredible. This was one of the best rentals we've stayed at. We look forward to returning!

Very pleased and can't wait to go back!

The Chalet was so perfectly clean and quiet! The absolute best choice for a relaxing getaway! All of the Running Y staff that we encountered (Restaurants, sports center) were professional and friendly!! My son's favorite part was the fishing pond...had amazing luck with the bass!! Kathy was prompt with answering all our questions and our check in and out were so easy. We are definitely looking forward to coming back!!

Wildlife abounds

We stayed here over a hot summer weekend. We had two children under 4 years of age and the home was very family friendly. From the back patio we observed deer, quail and squirrels everyday. The home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Kathy is an excellent host and communicator. She made herself available as needed. We would love to come back and stay longer to enjoy the Running Y Ranch Resort amenities. Thank you very much!!

Excellent Chalet and First Rate Customer Service

The chalet was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view. The neighborhood is quiet and the amenities in the area are fabulous. Kathy exceeded our expectations as host. We will definitely stay again.

Relaxing weekend getaway

We had the best experience from start to finish. The chalet was a perfect fit for our family. So relaxing and just what we needed before we welcome our second baby in March. We used the pool which my daughter loved and also went to The Ruddy Duck for lunch and dinner which was fabulous. We look forward to coming back in the summer months!

Met the new Grandbaby

Scenic, cozy, and well equipped

This was a perfect property for our family of four. The host was most communicative and helpful, and stopped by the unit welcome us. We enjoyed the deck which we saw many deer, as well as eagle circling overhead, and got plenty of use from the hot tub as well! The unit is a good size, and is as advertised.
