First time listed, absolutely beautiful and all new, salt waterfront home, in a country setting, three bedrooms, two baths, new kitchen, dining room, game room with water views, decks, hardwood floors, central air conditioning, deck, outside shower, and large yard, near public beaches, between Falmouth and Mashpee, and near shopping.
Enjoy beautiful western sunsets, private and peaceful large yard and deck, and covered porch.
Kayak and paddle board right from the yard and dock on beautiful Bourne's Pond, even out to the public beach, or any of the inlets along the way.

Awesome home and property

Terry and Annalisa were excellent to work with. Pictures of home online are accurate and the house was spotless and fully equipped! Loved the yard/dock/canoe/kayaks and paddle boards as well as outdoor shower. Area has gym close by(walking distance) and shopping. The beach is only a couple of miles away. I would definitely recommend this location!!

Fun in Falmouth!

We booked this lovely place at the last minute - so glad we did! The location is ideal. Private and relaxing. Beach close by or take the canoe and kayaks out to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Owner close by and ready to help quickly if any issues pop up. We can’t wait to come again!

A lovely stay..

The house was spotless and very thoughtfully equipped with everything. The location right on a pond was perfect. We really enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddle board that came with the house. The host was very responsive to all our questions and very helpful and welcoming. We will surely come back to this house.

Wonderful vacation

My family had a wonderful week at this rental property. The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. The property owner Terry was great. All of the bedrooms are very nice and the kitchen and dining area also were excellent. The location on Bourne Pond was just perfect for us. We were able to kayak right from the dock. We were also able to bike down to Woods Hole on the Shining Sea bikepath. We will certainly come back next year!!

Unexpected issues, unhelpful host.

My family booked a week in June to stay at this property. This was a last minute instant booking, made a day before we arrived, to allow us an emergency place to stay after our house flooded. Upon our arrival, we discovered that the house was not as advertised -- there was a musty smell throughout the house, the air conditioner was noisy throughout the night, and the mattresses felt cheap and uncomfortable throughout the house -- certainly not what we would have expected for the rate we paid. The location was otherwise great, but the smell and AC issues made things unacceptable, especially considering we were traveling with a baby. I immediately reached out to the owner citing these issues and asked him to allow us to check out early, after one night. The owner initially sidestepped my request and asked me to meet with him after 10am the next day. I responded that I needed to know sooner than that, given that we had to get the baby settled and I had to prepare for work the next day. The owner then agreed to the early checkout. I talked to the owner on the phone the next morning and asked him to refund us for all but one night of the stay plus the cleaning fee. The owner took a defensive posture and tried to make it sound like it was my fault that his house smelled bad. In the end, I received a much smaller refund and ended up on the hook for an exorbitant amount of money for a single night stay. Vrbo customer service was entirely unhelpful in resolving the issue -- the rep I spoke to had no authority to issue refunds and told me there was no supervisor with that authority available for me to speak to. In the end, I had to dispute this charge with my credit card company -- not a hassle I'd wish on anybody, much less a family with a newborn. My advice would be to avoid this property, and to possibly avoid Vrbo altogether if you want to enjoy any kind of consumer protections. This was totally unacceptable to us.

Weekend Vacay

Easy to find with GPS, lovely location with access to the dock. The view was magnificent. Everything was great, from the kitchen supplies to the bedrooms and the extra thoughtful little things available throughout the house. Loved the sound of birds chirping in the morning and crickets singing at night. Easy ride to the ferry for a trip to Oak Bluffs Ave Martha's Vineyard. The hosts were very gracious ave quick to respond to email messages. I will definitely recommend this home to friends that want to take a trip to the area. Thank you for everything!

Tranquility in East Falmouth

Our stay at this cottage was perfect. The cottage has been recently renovated and everything is brand new! It is extremely well appointed, everything you would need for your stay is provided. The property is located on Bourne Pond, lovely water views off the dock. The owner, Terry is very responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic house, yard, and dock

We had a great stay. The house was brand new inside with new appliances and furniture. It was very clean and spotless. The property was fantastic with great yard to play in and great dock. The yard had plenty of chairs and great new grill. The dock was very pretty and great sunset and swimming. Terry was very nice and helpful. He lent us his cornhole and use of his canoe and paddle board. He was a great host and was available for any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property and would like to stay here again. It was easily walkable to Bad Martha Brewery and fish market. Close to the beach and beach parking was easy on Labor Day Weekend.

Great, peaceful property by the water

Perfect Place to Relax

This property exceeded our expectations. The hosts were incredible in making sure the house had everything and more! The pond, the backyard, and the interior served as an oasis for our family of 4. The location is great to bike to the beach and short drive away from many of Cape Cod’s top destinations. The owners could not be any kinder - a warm welcome and made sure we had what we need. We love the new appliances and the way the rooms were decorated. We will return and hope others get to enjoy this lovely home!
