***Due to Covid-19, we welcome any reservations based on premise of their own risk. The house are professionally cleaned and sanitized following CDC guidelines after each and every booking.

• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen and 1 bunk bed with lower full size bed and upper twin size bed.
• 2 Twins size foldable Floor Mattress available in the closet if needed.
• Split Air Conditioner that cover the upper level and loft bedroom
• Air conditioner in each bedrooms
• Gas BBQ grill. Guests have to bring Propane gas tank with fuels & long lighter to ignite.
• In door heated swimming pool, indoor/outdoor tennis court, basketball court, sauna and gym in village community.
• Cookwares, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, glasses
• Coffee Machine, Toaster, Microwave, Washer/Dryer Machine

The Village at Camelback offers a sports complex facility including heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, weight room as well as indoor tennis court with basketball hoop and outdoor tennis court.

1. The Community Center does NOT provide towels. Please provide those and bring them with you.
2. No Alcohol/Glass is allowed in the Community Center and pool area.
3. No One under 16 is allowed in the Hot Tub and Sauna per Board of Health code.
4. INDIVIDUALS 16 AND UNDER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

Pool - as per the PA Board of Health - Limited to 50 people.

From hiking and mountain biking to fly fishing and rock climbing, outdoor enthusiasts will surely find plenty of adventures throughout the Poconos. This townhome is also a short distance from Pocono State Park, which includes picturesque land within parts of eastern Pennsylvania, as well as parts of New York and New Jersey. Should you find yourself at the base of the mountain, you'll be just 15 minutes from Mount Airy Casino and close to fantastic restaurants, shopping centers, golfing, and auto-racing attractions. Bare in mind that the house and the nearby area are on a higher elevation and it gets colder at night. Dress warm and bring extra clothing.

The house is stocked with one roll of paper towel, two roll of toilet paper. Please remember to pick up more from the nearby supermarkets when you’re doing your shopping if you are thinking about spending more time inside the house.

The cleaning crew does not clean the outdoor bbq grill thus please pardon the appearance if the previous guests have left it in a messy condition.

•Please bare in mind that the house nearby area are on higher elevation and it gets colder at night. Dress warm and bring extra clothing.
•Please note hot water is limited due to small hot water tank and I recommend using one shower at a time.
•Guest are responsible to clean BBQ grill prior to using and after using(please bring your own propane gas tank with fuels and long lighter to use BBQ Grill)
• Family and guests/friends of family only. NO PARTIES or events please.
• Please turn all lights off, turn all heat thermostats to 55 degrees during winter, close all window/doors, turn off the ac in the summer time, and unplug kitchen appliances upon checking out.
• Please leave all skiing & boarding equipments in the outside closet on the left before front entrance door to prevent damaging the floor.
• Please take off your shoes in the house.
• Please do not use bath towels/linens outdoor as they become soiled and extremely hard to clean.
• Please tidy up any remaining food waste/garbage to prevent foul smell from developing. Please leave all trash in garbage bags and leave them in the trash cans or next to them if you can't fit everything inside. Upon check out, please bring all trash down to the trash compactor by gate.
• Please kindly treat this home with respect
• Please DO NOT flush anything else except TOILET PAPER to avoid Floods.
• Guests are responsible for any citation during your stay so please follow community rules to avoid any fines.
1. Please note parking is not allowed in front of the unit's stairway and no parallel parking.
2. NO TRASH, on the front decks. Wild life is abound!
3.FIREWORKS are PROHIBITED, meaning NO FIREWORKS on Village property.
4.PARKING PERMITS MUST, be clearly displayed. We recommend the hanging it on the rear view mirror or at the very least the Dash Board clearly in site.
5.COMPACTOR Throw the trash in and close the door within 15 seconds.
6.Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am- please be courteous to nearby neighbors and not be loud outdoor and late at night as this property is a attached townhouse.
7. Absolutely NO Parties Or Events
8. After 8 guest, $20 extra per person per night will be automatically added to your total.
