The semi-detached Chalet Simone is located approximately 250 meters from the slopes, the center of La Tania and the entertainment, it has a surface area of 146m², it can accommodate up to 12 people and has a shared terrace facing South-West.

The 2nd & 3rd floors have 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Entrance - Ground floor:
Ski room with boot dryer and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Floor 1: (living rooms)
- Separate equipped North-West facing kitchen: Fridge (with freezer), oven, dishwasher, coffee maker (filter), microwave, kettle, toaster, hand blender and dining area open to the kitchen with large table and chairs.
- South-West facing living room with 3 large sofas and giant screen television and access to the terrace. (Communicating access door to the Noella chalet)

Floor 3 under the slope: (3 bedrooms)
- Bellecôte en-suite bedroom (Twin): West facing, composed of 2 single beds (80 cm) with shower room and separate toilet.
- Jean-Blanc Room (Twin): West facing, composed of 2 singles (80 cm).
- Swiss Room (Twin): With its skylight, made up of 2 single windows (80 cm).
- 1 shower room with separate toilet on the upstairs landing.

Chalet adjoining the Noella chalet. Possibility of joining them to accommodate a group of up to 26 people.
Steep exterior access - Not accessible by car if snow.
This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Bed linen, towels, bath mats, tea towels included and beds made on arrival from 15/12 to 30/04 only, otherwise at an additional cost.
End of stay cleaning not included and on request.
Deposit required upon arrival.
Pets not allowed.
Non-smoking chalet.
