Stunning mid- century architecture built on a bluff above a creek bed. Large back deck with views and breeze has inset ozone-filtered cedar hot tub and tons of stylish lounge furniture. Backs to Greenbelt and trails, walk to Barton Springs pool, Zilker park and restaurants! Great set-up for remote working with Google Fiber and office with stand up desk and 2 monitors. HUGE kitchen with Wolf range, whole house Sonos speakers, several patios, PING-PONG table, fire pit. Trail down to cave at lower property line (0.8 acre) and down to a wet weather creek which flows with rain.

We are a husband and wife team managing several different unique homes that we love sharing with others. This is our primary residence. We fully remodeled and styled this home and we cant wait for you to experience all it has to offer.
Why they chose this property
We adore this home. It has the feel of being away from the city with its' treehouse vibe and expansive view of the the creek bed valley from the back however it is in the middle of the action. It is so close to the best restaurants, parks, downtown, and lakes. There is SO much to do in the lively and quirky ATX. We are happy to share all our favorites with you when you stay here.
What makes this property unique
This home is styled impeccably. It is not straight from a catalog and is certainly not basic. The house is full of collected vintage furniture and decor items, sculpture, curious conversation starters, mixed with high end new pieces as well. New interesting discoveries can be seen around each corner and will be loved by all but especially style enthusiasts. It is 6 minutes from downtown and is in the bustle of all south central Austin has to offer. Top restaurants, Barton Springs pool, Zilker Park, Butler Park, miles of greenbelt hike and bike trails are all right around the corner.
