Whether you have come to ski to your heart's content or are seeking a serene vacation away from the city, this will be just the place to call home. Winter brings all of the magical adventures of fresh snow and mountain fun, whereas the summer offers a great time to enjoy the community's pool. Regardless of the season, a soak in one of the three hot tubs will be the perfect cap to each day. When everyone gathers back at home base, enjoy a home-cooked meal, and reminisce about the fun that was had. Be sure to use the condo's free WiFi to share your favorite memories with friends back home!

Sitting mere feet from the Wizard Express chair lift, this condo will be a skier's paradise with easy access to the wonderful trails of Blackcomb Peak! For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary shuttle that will bring you to the best attractions in the area. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on Whistler or Blackcomb trails!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Over the Victoria Day long weekend (the weekend before the second-to-last Monday in May), all Vacasa properties in Whistler enforce a minimum booking age of 25.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location and nicely renovated

We have been to the Aspens several times and this time we really enjoyed the newly renovated unit. Even though it was on the first floor it backed onto the forest so location of the unit was great.

Fantastic stay

Place was very clean and check in was easy. 12 min walk to Whistler village. Bed was very comfortable. Condo is facing trees which is nice for privacy. The pool area was very clean and nice chairs and umbrellas. Would stay here again

Great spot (with just a few issues)

I love the Aspens- it was our second time staying in this complex and the location is perfect for us. The unit itself was very nicely renovated. However, we had a couple of key issues. 1) Dirty sheets on the pull-out. 2) a plumbing issue (leaking garbage disposal) with the kitchen sink that appeared to be known based on the plastic bag strategically placed under the sink to catch the drip. While responsive, there was a bit more back-and-forth to remedy the sink situation than needed. For example, the first time I reported the issue Vacasa just cleaned up the water that leaked vs fixing the problem. I'd go back to the Aspens and aesthetically the unit was nice but not sure I'd rent it again given the quality control issues.

Run by robots, stay elsewhere

The property is managed by Vacasa, and its literally impossible to talk to a real person. They did not provide check in details or directions to the property until after my 3rd request, hours after the check in time that we paid for. Vacasa did NOTHING to make up for the lost time, despite multiple requests from us. I'm very disappointed that my family did not have access to the property, pool, hot tubs etc during our arrival day. It took away about 1/3 of the value that we paid for, and they refused to give us any compensation for their failed communication. They also refused to provide a late check out to make up for the late check in, even though no one else was checking in that day. My family is very disappointed that we got short-changed by these robots who only communicate via selective text messaging.

Lovely space!

Obviously re-done this summer, the space is absolutely lovely. Heated floors are SUCH a nice touch! The kitchen as well stocked and the space was very clean and very comfortable. LOVED IT. Our only issue had nothing to do with this particular unit, but all of them. There is only one style of pillow supplied, which is not something the owners supply, and they are very firm and very high. I had to use the extra comforter as a pillow as I did not think to bring my own pillow.

Great condo

Really nice little condo, only downside is the pull out mattress isn’t foam, and it’s uncomfortable. Cleaning could be done behind furniture etc. but it was very clean otherwise.

The aspens is a great location. Quiet with easy access to the village.

We enjoy the Aspens. Close to the base of Blackcomb, and an easy walk to Whistler village. The unit is clean and the building is suitable for families. Great pool and 3 hot tubs. Lots of parking and convenient storage for bikes and skis.
