Great ski weekend
Really enjoyed the location and convenience of the location. Easy ride on the free shuttle to the hill. We walked everywhere and loved the free parking spot. Clean and cozy.

Perfect spot!
This place was the best we’ve stayed in Whistler so far. Super walkable, clean, and cozy, with plenty of space to hang out and store skis. The only negative would be the lack of ability to easily communicate with Vacasa when we arrived early and attempted to see if we could check in early. Everything was automated and after many tries, we were unable to get ahold of anyone who could give us information about the property. Otherwise, a great trip and a great place to stay!

a bit cramped, but hey its whistler.. Found check in a bit odd being off sight, and NO option for overheight parking or a baggage trolly I could see.

good for up to 2 people
This place has a very nice location for living with a supermarket and the inner city close by, but still in a quiet are. Check-in was complicated though, because we had to go to "The Aspens" for check in, which was a 5$ bus ride roundtrip. Early check in wasn't possible until our group of 4 people made the way up to the aspens to leave the luggage there. Once arrived we were told the early check in was possible.. Anyways we had some nice days there. Cleaning beforehand was a solid 4/5. The nights were rather uncomfortable though. The bed was quite soft, so you always woke up, if the other person in the bed had moved. Similar to a waterbed somehow. The sleeping couch wasn+t comfortable, but acceptable. Biggest downside was this extremely loud fridge. We could not sleep without earplugs and even those reached their limit. It was similar to a night in an airplane. We would only recommend this for 2 people. Over all booking and check out were easy. Communication ok.

Great location terrible mattress!
Overall this place is what we wanted- close to the village and clean. Our biggest complaint (and there was nothing anyone could do about it during our stay) was that the bed and the sofa bed were incredibly uncomfortable which for a couple of nights is no biggie, but we stayed for a week and as a result were achy and sleep deprived.

Nice place…..but
The place was nice, but at check-in, they wrote down the wrong door code. We ended up with all our stuff and two kids in the pouring rain, trying to get the door open, had to phone and the took a bit to pick up. The Check-in property was far, inconveniently far. It's a good thing we were driving. The location is nice with kids. It is close to the village for convenience, but far from the bar noise at night for sleep. It had a bit of an off-in-the-woods feel. The door was a bit hard to find, but that also made it private. Very quiet which we like. Placemats were not clean. One burner on the stove didn’t work. The kitchen faucet needs tightening up. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. Not anywhere near enough blankets even for summer. Couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work. No bathtub.

Perfect little place
This unit had everything needed for my three kids and I to stay comfortably, and reasonably affordably, close to the centre of town. We had one in a sleeping bag on the bedroom floor and I took the sofa bed. Parking was good, check in and check out was easy. It was clean, well appointed, and quiet. Perfect.

Good location
Property was clean. Easy walking distance to the village. Area was mostly quiet but the unit we stayed in is just thru the tress and below a road so sleeping with the window in the bedroom open wasn't the best. Unit was equipped with all of the essentials, washer / dryer are full sized and worked well. Shower had good pressure. WiFi worked well for the kids.

Nice place - Terrible process / property manager
The communication and process with the property manager was simply awful. Questions sent about the property were not answered until day of check in which not helpful. NOTE the check in is at a totally different property which is extremely inconvenient as you have to take the key fob back there at check out as well. We were also given the wrong parking spot number by the property manager which created additional problems trying to get into the property as well. The condo itself is fine for a short stay as it is small but I will most certainly look for properties managed by another group in the future.

Lovely and cozy apartment
This apartment exceeded my family expectations. The Lagoons is cozy, warm, clean, organized and well maintained. The big plus, is that is within walking distance to restaurants, marketplace, village centre. I will not hesitate to book this place next time I’m planning a visit to Whistler! A small consideration is to have faster internet, but otherwise the place is perfect.

Nice and sufficient
Nice, cozy, warm, with all the necessities included. Next time I wouldn’t rely on their shampoo, other than that it was a pleasant stay. Closness to the market is a big plus.

Pay back getaway
Needed a few days off from a hectic schedule. This apartment offered everything I needed. It has space to spread out and was close to everything I wanted, including restaurants on Main Street and access to the Village. Recommend.

Convenient, Clean and Cozy
Lagoons 27 is a nice unit that satisfied our top 4 priorities - clean, comfortable, private and convenient. Summer rental enabled us to utilize the small private patio in our own little forest for morning coffee and evening drinks. Compact size is suitable for 2 adults in a complex that seemed adult oriented without any recreation facilities such as pool/hot tub/exercise room. Fair warning that VACASA supplies only the bare basics so don’t expect even salt & pepper or coffee filters. Unit had one portable fan, but we found it stuffy as it was hard to keep the window open at night due to traffic noise from the nearby road so no AirCon is a consideration for summer. Tight-top bed was a bit too firm and small for our liking, but we adjusted. Jacuzzi tub was appealing after a day’s biking, but the jets were so forceful they created water more suitable for surfing than relaxing. Consider the jets a free massage. I must say all the staff from the Aspens receptionist to the maintenance man were exceptional and responded to our call for dish soap promptly. Perfect location for walking to the grocery store, shopping in the village stroll, visiting the art museum or biking the Valley Trail network.
