This is the one for that long talked about vacation at a reasonable price directly on the beach.
Renovated Extra large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with updated kitchen, bathrooms, floors, lighting and furniture.
Higher Floor End unit with unobstructed Ocean and beach views. Front and side balconies with unobstructed views.
2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathrooms (sunken tubs), 2 balconies overlooking ocean and beach, full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave and range , Living room, dining area, washer/dryer in unit . Enjoy morning coffee while the sun rises above the ocean horizon or swim in one of approximately a dozen indoor or outdoor pools or Jacuzzi. Have an early breakfast or later dinner in one of the onsite restaurants or just a sunset cocktail at the outdoor bar. Work out in the gym or browse the gift shop. Free covered garage parking and every other imaginable resort amenity.
Our condominium apartments come complete with fresh linens, bedding, bath towels, washcloths, soaps, etc. to get you started on your vacation faster. This is a no smoking resort. Subject to fine. Primary guest contact person must be minimum 25 years of age to make reservation. Small well behaved pets considered under special circumstances off season only under 15 pounds. Wonderful Fall Getaway

Everything was clean and ready for us as soon as we arrived. Very easy to get into the unit, keypad was simple to use. The hosts kept me updated on everything i needed to know before we arrived as well as the checkout process. Simple but comfortable with all the amenities of home!

Beach trip

Million dollar view from all rooms and balconies. Doesn’t get better than this. Clean and nicely appointed unit with everything you need for a lovely beach/pool vacation. Check in was easy and the owner is quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Family Friendly

We loved this property. It’s located perfectly on the beach. There were lots of pools and hot tubs and nothing was over crowded. The condo was furnished nicely and very cleaned. My family cooked meals and used the kitchen quite a bit. Communication was easy with the owner.

Wonderful and clean!

It is rare to find such a clean property that actually looks like the photos on advertisements! This unit has everything we needed for a week’s stay. It was comfortable and quiet with beautiful, oceanfront views.

Wonderful property!

TS Debby Tried to Ruin our Vacay

We were all set to enjoy a week of fun in the sun…then TS Debby came! No sun and daily rain and wind could have made us miserable .The amenities at the resort were a lifesaver! The indoor pools and hot tubs were great! Our unit was a safe and comfortable place to watch the storm,and our owner Mitch was always available to answer our questions. Great location.., close to many restaurants and attractions.

Crecent Beach

The condo was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. Perfect size for a family of 3 or 4. No problems with having our small dog with us. View of the ocean was amazing from both bedrooms. Mitch is very easy to work with and answered any questions we had quickly. Would recommend this place to stay!

Great condo

This was an awesome ocean front condo. Very well maintained and amazing views. We loved sitting on the balcony every morning for breakfast and enjoying the hot tub and pools and walking on the beach. The homeowners are very quick to respond and made sure we had a very enjoyable time. We even saw a large group of dolphins from the balcony on our last morning before we left. I highly recommend this condo to anyone traveling to the North Myrtle Beach area and we will definitely be back.

Great family vacation spot!

This condo was perfect for our annual family beach vacation! Upon arrival we went straight to our unit as the owner provided an access code and all necessary information online, avoiding the typical hassles of check-in. We were pleased to enter this clean and cared for unit. The kitchen was well equipped and furniture was very comfortable. There are two decks with ocean views offering a peaceful place to relax yet still enjoy being outside. Baywatch provided fun, family friendly entertainment at Fishtails, the outside pool bar and also an indoor sports bar. Both have a decent menu and very reasonable prices. The location was nice with a few places within walking distance, but you will need to pull the car out from the free parking garage to fully enjoy the many great places North Myrtle Beach has to offer.

First time in Crescent Beach

My family and I have been traveling to North Myrtle Beach for years, however this was our 1st experience using VRBO and our 1st time staying in Crescent Beach. I must say that both were incredible experiences. The property was exactly as advertised, clean, well stocked and the owners were extremely kind and helpful and prompt with responses. This was a wonderful, relaxing experience for our family and we can not wait to return. Thank you to the owners for sharing such beautiful property with us and giving us memories to last a lifetime. We will be back!!

Great unit!

The only real complaint is about the dining room table. It was a small round table with 2 chairs and a built in bench. Not big enough for 4 adults to eat and not big enough for puzzling. The unit was great otherwise. We’ll definitely rent again!

Perfect Vacation!

The condo is even better in person than the pictures indicate. Wonderful location, amazing amenities, comfortable bedding and furnishings, clean, organized... I could go on and on. Mitch was wonderful, checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. We never turned on a TV for the entire week, I believe that is a first for us (we have a teenage daughter :-) We just enjoyed spending time together on the balcony and the beach, reading, shopping, eating, etc. the entire time. We will definitely be back. Thank you Mitch, for sharing your wonderful condo with us!

The condo at Bay Watch Resort

The condo was great! Mitch was very responsive during our booking process and check in process was easy for arrival. Awesome views. Only down side is the balconies are small but there are so many other window options we were pleased with our view. Great location if you are comfortable with heights. Parking garage was a burden to navigate but is out of the Mitch's control. Over all very satisfied. We'd stay again!
