The Space:
Enjoy the peacefulness of Peak 7 and the national forest close to home! This 5-bedroom 3.5-bathroom Peak 7 Mountain Lodge boasts over 3100 sq ft of design with vaulted ceilings, multiple decks, a rec room with a wet bar and pool table, and a walk-out garden level.
The three-floor spacious lodge includes 5 bedrooms, spacious and boasting incredible views. The large master bedroom includes a 5-piece bathroom with a freestanding tub. Relax in the living room with plenty of comfortable seating for all with windows overlooking the beautiful scenery around. There is also a fireplace in the living room area.
One of the best perks of this Mountain Lodge is the private deck with breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range, Continental Divide, and River Valley. The private six-person hot tub on back deck is ideal for relaxing at the end of the day!
There is an attached heated garage next to the country kitchen. There is in-unit laundry located off the kitchen next to the garage door. WiFi is also available.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and can enter through the front door or through the garage using a door code. There are two parking spots inside the garage; with additional parking provided in the driveway. The maximum number of vehicles that may be parked on the property at any one time is five (5).
The Neighborhood:
This listing is a short 10-15 minute drive away from downtown Breckenridge and Main Street, which boasts unique and exciting experiences in dining, shopping, and summer festivities. There is a walking path alongside the Blue River that winds throughout town that is very scenic and is perfect for sightseeing. If you have younger kids the Children's Museum is a stone's throw away across from Main Street. Adult guests can enjoy a drink at the The Blue Stag Saloon or the Breckenridge Brewery and Pub. Make a reservation at The Dredge, the world's highest floating restaurant with access to walkways to enter from Adams or Jefferson Street - during the summer months you can feed the ducks! There are tons of shopping stops and restaurants available in the immediate area to explore, and there is certainly something for everyone.
For those who like to go on trails, the Iowa Hill trail is nearby, a .06-mile lightly-trafficked moderate loop trail for hiking, walking, and trail running.
Also consider checking out the Broken Compass, one of the best breweries in the country, as well as the Breckenridge Distillery, an award-winning and stylish new restaurant offering modern American cuisine with altitude. These fantastic businesses are located near Airport Road and come highly recommended for a unique experience to the area.
Getting Around:
Uber is available in the area. A trip to downtown is only a 10-15 minute drive!

This property is offered as pet-free and smoking-free and by making a reservation, you agree to these terms. Any pets on the property or smoking on the property will result in an additional $500 fee for each violation. Our other guests rely upon this listing being smoke-free and pet-free when making their reservations, so we must enforce this policy.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
