Effective July 19th, 2024, through August 12th, 2024, Papakea Resort will undertake an extensive plumbing project. Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels), three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach.

**PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. **

Papakea A305 is a remodeled 1-bedroom condo providing a split A/C system with unobstructed oceanfront views on the 3rd floor. Papakea offers elevators to make it simple to get to this condo without taking stairs. This beautiful 1-bedroom condo can accommodate up to 4 guests. Recent renovations boast granite countertops, a luxurious kitchen with ocean views, and the split A/C units were placed in the main living area and the bedroom. Step inside a comfortable bedroom offering a King bed and for additional guests, in the living area there is a Queen size sleeper sofa with an 8-inch mattress for added comfort.

Your kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need! So, stop by Times supermarket across the street and take a stab at making some fresh Ahi Poke Tacos while taking in the spectacular view this unit provides. Once you are done, relax in the “Hawaiian Style” furnished living room while listening to the sound of the waves or your favorite show since free cable and WIFI are provided! Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. This highly upgraded 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, third-floor condo, is just 25 feet from the ocean's edge. Awake to the sites and sounds of the beautiful surf, dine on your lanai while enjoying the whales and breathtaking sunsets, or simply relax with a refreshing cocktail and enjoy the views of the ocean, Molokai, and Lanai.

There's a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler's Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions.

Our team of professionals are located on Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed. We provide: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. One beach chair and beach towel is provided for each guest, plus a cooler for your stay. Complimentary concierge service is available to our guests.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
