La Centrale de l'Ile de Ré offers you the Belem villa, which is located in the Clos Hermione, a complex of 3 new independent 4-bedroom houses classified as 4-star. It is within walking distance of the Flotte beach, the town centre and the shops.

The houses can be rented individually or simultaneously while preserving the privacy and independence of each one.

The villa has a covered terrace, a real asset in case of showers or high heat. A private 4-person spa in the landscaped garden is accessible from the Master bedroom and from the living room.

The villa has reversible air conditioning in all rooms. Sea view from the upstairs windows. WIFI internet access included.

Close to cycle paths, shops and the market, the house is 500 metres from the beach. Private parking for cars and 8 bicycles. Charging point for 1 electric vehicle on the parking spaces.

The villa is comfortable and has a living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen. Master bedroom 1 with a double bed 160x200 and a private shower room. A separate toilet.

UPSTAIRS:
Master bedroom 2 with a double bed 160*200 and a private shower room. Bedroom 3 with 2 single beds 90x200. Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds 90x200. A shower room with shower and sink. A separate toilet.

The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

INCLUDED SERVICES:
End-of-stay cleaning is included. Rental and delivery of bed and bathroom linen are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August). Key handover and presentation of the house on site are included.

The tourist tax is included.
