My name is Nancy and have always wanted to own a rental property. I got the perfect opportunity this year and am so excited! I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I do. I live right across the river from St. Louis in Illinois and try to get to the lake as much as I can.
Why they chose this property
Why did I pick "this" property?? Location, location, location! It is right across from the Regalia Hotel which has Missouri's largest swim up bar pool. Needless to say, you can walk to it in 2 minutes. We also have a large patio area which then is next to a more private, communal pool for families - best of both worlds! In addition, we have the only condo in the entire complex that is not attached to another condo - this makes this extremely helpful for large families who can tend to be loud when they get together. :)
