This centuries old patio house (courtyard house) has been restored with great attention to detail, faithfully and to a very high technical level and modernized. The original features of the house such as wooden beams, stone floors and the traditional open-air courtyard invite you to Verweien. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, study and a large roof terrace with stunning views of the city, the country and Africa. The house is located in the city center and is just a few minutes walk from the Plaza de España.

We liked the house + location. The roof leaks a lot. There is a huge dead Jasmin which sheds a lot of debris; very messy and blocks the drain in the patio, causing deep a puddle. I expect a halfway clean and fresh bed linen etc in a two week stay.

Mittendrin im wunderschönen Vejer!
Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Angaben. Es ist wunderschön, im spanisch-maurischen (marokkanischem) Stil, mitten in der traumhaften Altstadt von Vejer, direkt bei der Plaza de Espana, aber trotzdem in einem ziemlich ruhigen Teil. Ideal, um in die sommerliche Betriebsamkeit des einzigartigen weißen Dorfes einzutauchen und gleichzeitig die herrlichen Ausblicke (insbesondere von der Dachterrasse) über Dorf und die Ebene bis zum Meer genießen zu können. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und ältere bzw. in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkte Personen (insbesondere wegen der Treppen) nicht zu empfehlen. Alle anderen werden die "Ursprünglichkeit" des Haus aber lieben. Einziges "Problem" (zumindest in der Sommer-/Hochsaison) sind die Parkplätze. Hier muss entweder sehr früh schon einer der nicht sehr zahlreichen Parkplätze für Non-Residents gesucht und gefunden oder ein etwas längerer (aber natürlich schöner!) Fußmarsch in Kauf genommen werden.

Maravillosa estancia
Es una casa de vacaciones preciosa,tanto que mis hijos no querían salir de ella, en pleno centro de Vejer,nuestro palacio andalusí en Vejer,muchas gracias por todo.Yo repetiría cada verano pero no 10 días,1 mes. Gracias Mina y gracias a Linda que solucinó cualquier inconveniente,amable y cercana.

La casa es preciosa, situada al lado del centro del pueblo pero dn una calle tranquila. Todos los días te levantas con el olor del jazmín que está en el patio y que inunda con su fragancia toda la casa. Esta perfectamente equipada y decorada. Volveré a repetir sin duda.

Das perfekte Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus in Vejer hat uns hat uns zwei wundervolle Wochen geschenkt. Beim Eintreten wird man vom Duft eines herrlichen Jasmiens in eine andere Zeit versetzt. Das ganze Haus ist bis ins letzte Detail geschmackvoll und komfortabel ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts um sich wie zu Hause zu fuehlen. Von seiner Terrasse hat man einen Atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Stadt und das tiefgelegen Land und Meer unter ihr. Die Lage ist sehr Ruhig und man ist doch mit wenigen Schritten mitten in der Stadt, Ich kann nur sagen Danke Minna und Malte fuer die Zeit

Ein wunderbares Haus
Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minuten einfach rundum wohl in diesem herrlichen Haus gefühlt! Haben die großzügige Aufteilung genossen, die wunderschönen Details, wie die Deckenbalken, die alten Türen oder die freigelegten Bögen…und die Geschirrspülmaschine, wir kochen nämlich gerne. Auch Vejer war ein Volltreffer. Wir kannten ja weder den Ort, noch die Gegend. Klar gab es Touristen, wir sind ja schließlich auch welche, aber wenn man so durch die Gasse schlendert hatte man immer das Gefühl, dass hier auch noch ganz normaler Alltag stattfindet. Und dann die Dachterrasse, die wir zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit genossen haben. Welch herrliche Blicke in die Weite, auf den Ort und die Küste Afrikas! Wir werden das Haus und den Ort in absolut wunderbarer Erinnerung behalten!

Ferienhaus mitten im spanischen Altstadt-Lebens-Ambiente.
Das Haus ist authentisch und zweckmässig eingerichtet und verfügt über eine schöne Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Wir hatten leider mehrmals einen Stromausfall infolge Stürmen (März) und es hat auch reingeregnet, was im Süden aber passieren kann. Wir empfehlen das Haus unkomplizierten Menschen, die gerne authentische Ferien verbringen. Die Strände in der Nähe sind mit dem Auto in einigen Minuten erreichbar. In der Übergangszeit würden wir das Haus nicht empfehlen, für einen richtigen Tapetenwechsel aber auf jeden Fall.

A true Spain
Vacation in Spain can be tricky... You can be victim of pick pocketing in Barcelona... you can get frustrated with crowd on Costa Blanca populated by mass hotels... or you can get it all perfect by: a) going to unspoiled Atlantic beaches of Costa de la Luz in south Andalusia near Cadiz and b) renting a marvelous home from Mina in Vejer de la Frontera. You can surely - like we did - tick off your perfect vacation check list by combining a and b: the house is great, full of character and charm; each room has a different mood, different atmosphere. You can either enjoy family or friends dinner over the table in the kitchen, or you can have romantic "only the two of you" glass of wine on the top terrace after midnight while your three kids (our case) each play on tablet in three separate bedrooms... Vejer itself is one of those mysterious, ancient pueblos blancos, reach of history, with locals that speak no English but always turn with smile to you and with dozens of great restaurants and bars with splendid food and even better wine. You are 20-30 minutes ride from handful of pristine Atlantic beaches where mostly Spanyards holiday. And last but not least - all bookings and admin stuff you do with Mina is nothing but pleasure and smooth. A true Spain relaxing experience. Go out and try. Marek, Izabela and 3 kids

Wundervoller Urlaub
Das Casa La Fuente liegt inmitten der Altstadt von Vejer. Allein diese alte andalusische Stadt ist alle Mal eine Reise wert, sie ist nicht umsonst zu einer der schönsten Dörfer Spaniens gewählt worden (http://www.lospueblosmasbonitosdeespana.org/). Das Casa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man betritt das Haus durch eine große Eingangstür und findet sich in einem wunderschönen Patio wieder, in dem es nach Jasmin riecht und ein kleiner Brunnen plätschert. Aus dem Innenhof sind ein Wohnzimmer, ein mit Mosaiken verziertes Badezimmer und zwei Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Über eine Innentreppe erreicht man den ersten Stock, in dem die geräumige Küche zum gemeinsamen kochen einlädt. Im ersten Stock befinden sich noch ein weiteres geräumiges Vollbad und das große Hauptschlafzimmer. Ein Stockwerk höher empfängt einen eine große Dachterrasse mit einem wunderschönen Blick über Teile der Stadt, das weite Land und das Meer. Bei gutem Wetter kann man die Küste Marokkos erkennen. Zum Strand ist es etwa eine zehnminutige Autofahrt, die sich allerdings sehr lohnt. Der Strand von El Palmar ist lang und weiß und die Strandbars laden zum Verweilen ein. Alles in Allem war dieser Urlaub mit diesem Haus für mich und fünf meiner Freunde ein absolutes Highlight. Das Haus und die Gegend sind einfach nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit im Casa *La Fuente*,in der weißen Stadt Vejer! Die Wahl stellte sich für meinen Freund und mich, meine Schwester und ihren Freund als echter Glücksgriff heraus. Das Haus liegt im Stadtkern und trotzdem hat man es angenehm ruhig. Von der großen Dachterrasse hatten wir einen tollen Blick über die Stadt und konnten bei klarer Sicht sogar bis nach Marokko schauen. Im niedlichen Innenhof mit Brunnen, konnten wir uns an besonders heißen Tagen erfrischen. Auch zum Grillen war dieser windgeschützte Ort ideal. Die Raumaufteilung ist großzügig, sodass man mit zwei Pärchen mehr als genug Platz findet. Es gibt mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten in der Stadt, ein Parkplatz davon ist vom Haus aus zu sehen und innerhalb 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Fahrt zum weißen langen Strand dauert nur ca. 10 Minuten und lohnt sich alle Mal. Wir können das Haus mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und würden jeder Zeit wieder Urlaub dort machen.

Sehr sehr Geschmackvoll!
Wir durften in dieses Kleinod einen Blick werfen und möchten es nun vielen vielen zukünftigen Liebhabern ans Herz legen! Wunderschön im alten Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, kommt man aus dem Staunen nach dem öffnen der Tür nicht mehr heraus! Allerdings darf man auf Grund des Innenpatios und der Räume in drei Etagen keine Bewegungseinschränkung haben. Wenn man sich dann aber Ebene für Ebene anschaut gibt es nur noch Begeisterung! Sehr gefühlvoll und individuell eingerichtet mit wunderschönen Ausblicken! Wir wünschen allen weiteren Besuchern eine gute Zeit mitten in Vecher!
