Excellent Property

If you are planning a trip to Branson and looking for a place to stay that is close to everything, this is it!! Property was well kept, super clean and the check-in and check-out was super easy! I would highly recommend Thousand Oaks.

Branson stay

Good location. All theaters within 5 min, so very convenient. Place was clean and decorated for Christmas. It was cozy and had most of what we needed.

Charming cabin

This cabin was the perfect place for our stay in Branson. It was clean, comfortable and filled will all the amenities we needed. It was decorated tastefully which made a lovely environment to relax and feel at home. It was also relatively quiet considering it was close to the entrance. Would definitely stay here again!

Not fully accessible

The listing stated that the cabin was handicap accessible… while that might be true for some aspects it was not for very important parts. I had to ask the property several times for the dimensions of the doorways of the main entry door, the 1st level bedroom, and the 1st level bathroom. I would definitely recommend stating on the listing that the dimensions are greater than 32 inches. I would like to note that we had a friend that is bound to their wheelchair within our group. The 1st level bedroom is not as accessible as one would think. The bed height is way too high for transfers. The 1st level bathroom shower needs to have a detachable shower head in order for it to be more accessible. At check out I spoke to a front desk employee that showed us where the pools that were accessible were located. There was one on our side of the property, but when we arrived the main gate that would be accessible was locked by a bike chain. This caused frustration therefore we were not able to use any of the amenities. Last but not least there was only a total of 8 large towels for our entire 5 day stay which was not enough for 7 people. Also, please give more than 2 large trash bags for the kitchen, we ended up having to buy our own because there wasn’t enough.

Had a great time! The property was exactly how it was presented on VRBO. Very comfortable and clean. Easy to find and centrally located to all the activities we had planned!

Poor stay and not clean

Our stay wasn't very pleasant. The location was great but I do not think the cabin was cleaned. We had problems with bugs and the cleanliness was very poor. I tried to communicate with the manager and had to call numerous times before we got any action and never did receive clean bedding and our bedding was literally dirty. Very poor. Will not stay here again.

Girls trip

I came with my sister, daughter and 4 nieces all in their teens or young adults. We went shopping, ate, and spent the weekend playing games and just being together. I loved the closeness of the outlet mall. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. If I were to say there was any issue it was just with check-in. We got there after 9 pm and the number on the door that we were supposed to call did not have an answer. Fortunately there was a security officer that helped us out.

Liked the location and property. We have stayed before, so we knew it was handy to the strip and places we wanted to go. Couple things could be improved. 1) There was not any extra toilet paper, so we needed to go to Walmart to get more, and some thing thicker than paper. 2) There were 4 towels for 7 people...

Clean and comfortable

We had to move places 3 times due to an electrical issue with the first place, a weird smell of smoke in the second, but the 3rd place we stayed was great. It’s on the third floor so no one was above us which was nice. Plenty of room for 6 people in there (2 kids, 4 adults). It was very clean and comfortable. The pull out couch mattress is thin but fine for kids. The pool was nice for the kids and clean. Thousand Hills resort was very accommodating working with us throughout the stay.

Family get away

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful. The kitchen was supplied with all our needs. Each room in the cabin was beautifully decorated and the beds very comfortable. The deck area we all enjoyed sitting and visiting, enjoying the view and drinking our coffee. Overall, our experience was wonderful, we will recommend the cabins to our friends and family. They are located in the perfect area not far from the anything you possibly would like to do.

Good multigenerational property

We loved this property! Grandparents stayed downstairs while other family slept in king beds upstairs. Didn’t need the sofa bed but a nice option for extra family members if needed. Fun cabin decor through out. Close to everything Branson. Thank you- we will be back!

Cozy Cabin

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cabin, very cozy, felt like home! The kitchen was well equipped with nice quality products, we've stayed other places that didn't have nearly as much to offer. Full size coffee maker, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, crockpot, skillet, pots, pans, utensils, glass, and plastic measuring cups, cookie sheet, beater, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and an ice maker in the freezer. Upper level had a loft area has a king size bed, chair, TV. TV and closet space in every bedroom. You have to walk through the upstairs master bedroom to use the toilet or shower. Master shower is set to the far side of the bedroom, not closed off with a bathroom door, clear shower doors (see through) with double shower heads. Across from that is a double vanity, and next to that is the toilet area which is closed off. One bedroom is located on the first floor with a king size bed, with a bathroom off that. That bathroom has grab bars along both walls so it made it easy for my Mom to shower. No bathtub or hot tub present. Pocket doors to the bathroom can be closed off and locked between the downstairs living room, and bedroom. Thankfully there was a step stool there for my Mom to use to get up into that bed (bed sets up pretty high). Big closet in this bedroom also. All seating throughout the cabin are standard height, which was nice. Plenty of seating offered! Indoor pool access available, outdoor pool depending on the season also available to guests. We did drive to the indoor pool, it's quite a ways away. I never did see where the outdoor pool was located, but it was off season during our stay. We brought a couple of games with us to the cabin, I didn't see any there. Something we don't usually take time to do back home as family, but glad we did there! Living room has a sleeper sofa, recliner, swivel rocking chair, and a beautiful fireplace. Lots of fun and entertainment offered in Branson! We hope to make it back someday, and would stay at this cabin again!
