Perfect Property for Panama Music Fest. & Iron Man Competition

Our Bungalow comes with a large dinning table, Hd Smart Tv and very comfortable Couch and Love seat,you will feel right at home here and will not want to leave most of our guest book before they leave for there next stay,
We live right here in Laguna Beach and are available anytime for anything.
We have four bungalows in the area and my wife and I stay on top of everything.
This is our fourth Bungalow to go on VRBO and one of the nicest.

The Best!!

Very nice house in the best location! The neighborhood is quiet and the beach isn't crowded at all. The hot tub and golf cart were great!

The Perfect Beach House

Our stay at John’s home was absolutely wonderful! We had such a great trip. The home is so nice & clean! We felt at home right away. Our dogs were with us & loved the backyard. John was wonderful to work with & very accommodating. The golf cart was a great bonus to this property & made trips to the beach so easy. We definitely plan on staying here for our next trip.

Great Location

The home was perfect for our visit to PCB. Location is awesome…short walk to beach or golf cart ride, away from the crowds but close enough to restaurants and shopping. House was spacious and extremely clean. Also, John is very quick to answers any questions. We will stay a John’s place on our next visit to the area.

Great Vacation Spot

The home is perfectly laid out with a large kitchen and family area. The hot tub was huge and could fit all 6 of us. The back yard is well kept grass and a privacy fence that allowed us to keep our dogs outside for several hours at a time. The back porch is shady and nice in the late morning and all through the day. The Golf cart was handy as it is a short stroll to the beach but there are bikes of you'd rather bike than drive the golf cart. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. It's a really nice "home away from home." The owner was quite responsive and wonderful to work with. We will return!

Great accommodations for our PCB trip

The house was great for our stay in Panama City Beach. It was very clean and we enjoyed having the hot tub. The golf car was great to have to drive the short distance to the beach. John was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property. Had a great time staying here!

Retired ladies get away

Lovely home, very clean and well appointed. The use of the golf cart was a plus to get to the beach. It was a perfect place for us with our little dog and big golden retriever. The back yard was safe completely enclosed by a privacy fence. The owner even allowed us to stay an extra day when we had a car accident the day before we were going to leave! What a mess but it was made easier to deal with it as the owner did what he could to help! Many thanks!

Better then imaginable!

John’s peppery was even better then described! A bunk bed with a queen bed in a room that was perfect for kids, a very secure and private fence, an amazing hot tub, a great golf cart for easy beach access and plenty of kitchen supplies! John was quick to respond. We had 0 issues and had a fantastic time. We will be back!

Great house and location

We loved that the house was within a short drive to both PCB and Rosemary Beach. Loved the hot tub and golf cart! House was very clean and fresh with everything we needed for a great stay!

The best PCB has to offer!

John was super cool to deal with, a genuine good guy. Made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very fresh and clean, exceptional layout. Hot tub was outstanding. Furniture was comfortable and new. wifi fast and reliable. Kitchen fully stocked. Awesome golf cart to drive to the beach in, though the beach is literally a 5 minute walk. Safe neighborhood, really quiet and we loved our stay at the house. Dont waste your time with other bookings, this rental is top notch!

My wife Irina and I moved here two years ago in October from Fairview Texas and we have not looked back we enjoy the peace and quite of the west end PCB and the white sugar sand beaches are amazing,I bought my first property 7 years ago and we have been on VRBO ever since and now on AIrB, needless to say were busy but we love it.
