Expérience cata, logement annulé car déjà booké par la propriétaire, pas sérieux à éviter !

J'avais réservé ce logement pour un evjf et une heure avant d'accéder au logement la propriétaire m'annonce que le logement est pris car elle s'est trompée de calendrier, vous imaginez le stress. Elle me met en relation avec une agence pour trouver un autre logement toute seule à 1 heure de recevoir mes amis (avec des échanges qui démarrent de manière houleuse). Elle finit par annuler le logement "pour motif impérieux de la part du voyageur" (ce qui n'est pas vrai car elle ne voulait pas payer des frais). De plus elle était en réunion à Paris donc j'avais l'impression de la déranger. Je dois alors payer un autre logement sans être remboursé encore de l'ancien. Je ne recommande pas du tout, cela manque de sérieux et de bonne foi.

La casa estaba sucia,suelo pegajoso, utensilios de cocina muy sucios, y cobran 40 eu por limpieza. Mosquitos en toda la casa. El contacto de la casa, anais, despues de decirle q el vuelo se retrasaba, obviamente causas ajenas a nosotros y sabiendo q ibamos con un bebé, nos dijo q l persona encargada de abrirnos nos esperaba hasta las 12pm...llegamos a las 11:45 pm y Axel nos estaba esperando, lo agradecemos de nuevo. Tb agradecer q nos guardaron las maletas hasta el domingo por la tarde. La ubicación es buena

Loved the outside space!

We thought we would just use the space to crash a couple of nights, but with the heat, we ended up staying all day the last full day of our trip. The cute little outside area was nice to just hang out in the shade and chat. The washer and dryer helped us catch up on 2 weeks of laundry. And it had 3 bedrooms so a family trapped in one room for the previous week had room to spread out. We truly enjoyed our time there.

Appartement très bien placé, bien décoré et entretenu

L'appartement de 3 belles chambres est agréablement décoré et pleinement équipé avec des éléments de qualité, à l'exception peut-être du canapé du salon qui est un peu fatigué mais tout à fait utilisable et assez confortable. L'appartement semble avoir été rénové récemment avec goût et est bien entretenu. L'accompagnement et la disponibilité du gérant par message ou téléphone est un plus tout à fait satisfaisant. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le petit patio mais celui-ci semble agréable. En point négatif je pourrais noter l'accès de l'appartement au "rez de chaussée" de l'immeuble, même si nous n'avons pas été dérangé lors de notre séjour, tout en soulignant que les fénêtres sur rue donnent sur la rue opposée à l'entrée de l'immeuble qui suivant la topographie de la ville se trouve alors en équivalent 2e étage; il n'y a donc pas de nuisance de rue particulière provenant ces fenêtres sur rue (celles du salon et d'une des chambre).

joli appartement bien placé

Appartement idéal pour 6 personnes, tout est prévu et à disposition, la déco est très sympa, on regrette juste l'impossibilité d'avoir un second jeu de clés et le code d'entrée de l'immeuble pour plus de facilité dans les déplacements. L'endroit est calme et propice au repos bien mérité après les visites de la ville dont les points d'intérêt sont proches et faciles d'accès.

Guter Standort

Guter Standort, direkt mit der Metro zu erreichen. Das obere Areal, ca 200 m entfernt sind nachts nicht aufgesucht werden. Es gibt aber ausreichend Ausweichmöglichkeiten. Sauberkeit der Wohnung war nicht in unserem gewünschtem standart für das Preisverhältnis.

Tout était super. A deux minutes du métro, très propre, très pratique avec plein de produits qui évitent des achats superficiels. L’hôte était très disponible et tout a été fluide.

Great location

The apartment is close to public transport and the port location is great there are restaurants markets and necessities close by everything in the apartment was neat and clean. There is a parking close by but it is expensive

Super appart

Super appart propre bien décoré avec trois chambres confortables situé au premier étage. Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis! Micro bémol : il y a une jolie petite terrasse mais afin de garantir la paix entre voisins il n est pas possible d y discuter car cela résonne. Sinon tout le reste est plus que parfait!

Top Unterkunft in top Lage

Super Ausgangspunkt um Marseille zu entdecken. Nicht weit vom HBF und der Innenstadt. Supermärkte und Barviertel in der Nähe. Schön eingerichtet. Ein Bad und eine extra Toilette. Zimmer etwas dunkel und tw etwas laut abends. Aber im Großen und Ganzen top! Nur beim Check in gab es kleine Kommunikationsprobleme die sich aber gut gelöst haben.

Super séjour!

L’appartement est bien agencé, et très bien décoré ! Il est parfaitement placé à côté du métro et au milieu du triangle d’or. Nous avons passé un super séjour, les hôtes sont très gentils et disponibles ! Nous reviendrons.
