Big scam

They changed our checkout date on the Vrbo website and tried to scam us with their false information trying to kick us out a day early even thought we paid. We wasted hours of our trip on the phone sorting things out with Vrbo.

Fabulous place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. Property was very nice and clean. We had great time at the pool. They have parking rules and just make sure how car needs to be parked as we got quite a few tickets. Overall we enjoyed our stay will definitely visit again. Checkin and check out process was super easy.

Disappointed

I booked a different property that I really liked and I was ok with the price for it. I got a call saying it was overbooked and they stuck me in another home that was no where near ass nice especially for what I was paying. I feel they did this on purpose in order to rent out both of their properties and I got stuck with the less nicer one for the same price. The furniture was old and out of date. The kitchen sink was leaking the whole time I spent way too much time mopping water off the floor so no one slipped. They said they called maintenance which never showed up. We dealt with it as it was too late for me to book something else. Overall not worth the price tag. It was big the pool was heated and clean. I just wish I got the property I actually wanted and paid for and not this second less nice option.

Very Spacious

Comfortable Stay

The property was a perfect fit. Everyone slept comfortably. The kids enjoyed the game room. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty and the some of the tv upstairs were not connecting to the cable so we wasn’t able to watch tv in our rooms.

Mixed emotions

This is a mixed emotion review. First off, we did not get the property that we booked for. I was so excited for the Mickey Mouse room, but we got the Spider-Man room instead. The house are beautiful. Spacious and beautiful decor. But there’s a lot of things need to be fix in the house. Whoever rented the house before seriously destroyed it. The carpet are so black and look so dirty, the paint are coming out, the furniture have stained everywhere and the windows are dirty. The AC was leaking out of water. The carpet was wet. The maintenance came out right away which is a plus. There was no hot water but the maintenance also came out to fix that in the morning. The host was easily to get in touch with. She answer the phone and send out the maintenance right away. This is why I said it’s a mixed emotion review. I would love to give them a 5 star but they really need to fix up the place since they called Luxury stayed.

Nice Home

Beautiful home. The only downfall is that the trash was never picked up the whole five days of our stay. The carpet needs cleaning. However, the rooms looked just like the pictures. The house was clean and spacious. My communication with the property manager was excellent; he responded right away when I sent a message about any issues we had.

Family Vacation

Nice Property, location is awesome. Walls needs to be cleaned or touched up with paint, carpet needs cleaning and pool needs to be cleaned. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
