Enjoy a marina front newly renovated Sapphire Village Studio Condo with a balcony overlooking beautiful Sapphire Beach's turquoise water. Island Time is located in the waterfront Saba building, just footsteps away from the pool, restaurant & bar. Endless activities including jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, deep-sea fishing, sailboat charters, and more. A short stroll around the marina to beautiful Sapphire Beach. Be sure to visit trendy Red Hook, less than five minutes away, where you will find the ferry to St. John & the BVI's, restaurants, shopping, and plentiful nightlife. Or relax and take in the sounds of the ocean and feel the true Caribbean breeze.

The condo is cozy & well equipped.
Kitchen includes; refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware, dishes & utensils.

Relaxing, convenient, and must return.

It fit perfectly with our trip. It was close enough to get to all our activities without any hassle. It had a great laid back vibe. We are not the "resort and bar" type. We like the one location to feel like home. Great view and amenities. Recommend to any couple. Plan on coming back.

Best location & great owners

We were there for 10 days and it was amazing! Comfortable, clean and Sudi’s across the parking lot is great food. I loved waking up and sitting on the balcony watching the boats go out for the day and easy walk down to Sapphire Beach

Island time paradise

Gorgeous condo, perfect for a couple. Fabulous location. Great amenities. We especially appreciated the beach gear, which we used daily. Would love to come back sometime!

Everything was perfect!

The beaches and water were amazing. Condo has a great view of the marina. Everything looked new and was very clean. The area was safe. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a week with my husband and we loved everything about this place. The condo is beautiful and has a great view of the harbor. Nice walk to the beach area and the property manager was easy to get ahold of if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo with Excellent Location

This was our first visit to St. Thomas. Deanna provided us with lots of useful information prior to our arrival, on the day of arrival, and during our visit. The check-in process was super easy and we were so grateful after a long day of traveling. The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that you could need. We had an excellent view of the marina and enjoyed watching the boats in the morning while drinking coffee. We were conveniently located near Sudi’s restaurant as well as the pool. We would often walk to short distance down to Sapphire Beach for sunbathing, swimming, drinks, shopping, taxis, and entertainment. It was a wonderful vacation! We highly recommend this condo and Deanna.

Marina View Condo

The location was fantastic, the view was spectacular. The condo was spotless and exactly as described on the website. It was quiet. The beach was a short walk and the restaurant /bar in the next building was really fun. Deanna had so many small touches in the condo that made it special, a small cooler, beach chairs, pool noodles, there was even a beach bag! Nancy

wonderful Short Anniversary Trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Village. Great condo, well kept and clean. Loved the views and the short walk to Sapphire Beach. Loved St Thomas and St Johns, will definitely plan on returning. Maybe a retirement spot??? Great little condo with excellent communication and suggestions from the owners. My only complaint is we did not stay long enough, needed more time to explore all St Thomas and St Johns has to offer, need 2 weeks next time. Thank you to the owners for a pleasant stay.

We just returned from one of the most enjoyable, relaxing vacations ever, at this Gorgeous, Meticulous, property. The condo is exactly as described- very nicely decorated, very clean and convenient. We had no problem walking to Sapphire Beach daily which had the clearest water & every shade of blue. The pool and Sudi's are steps away. We loved the deck overlooking the boats in the marina and the spectacular views of St. John & the outer islands beyond. We also saw double rainbows over the marina twice- We are really enjoying the photos now that we're back in the cold weather. The owners are very very friendly as well as attentive. We're so thankful for the much needed relaxing vacation!!

Don't hesitate to go!

Unit was same as pictures. Deanna quickly responded when we had questions even called us. She has so many different kitchen appliances with some shelf pantry items. Closet with extra towels and beach towels, 2 beach chairs, iron/board, cooler with freeze packs in the freezer! blow dryer etc.... Sudi's restaurant is 25 feet from this unit, staff is AWSOME!! free coffee refills n food was good. Tell the staff that the woman with the bent cane says Hello lol We enjoyed watching the boats, chickens and the iguanas! It was very hot when we went but the AC on 72' in the unit was perfect. Thanks Deanna : )

Perfect ST. Thomas Getaway

Condo was perfect! Beautiful view of the marina. Short walk to Saphire beach. Short taxi ride to Redhook for restaurants and the ferry to St. John. Deanna was very kind and helpful. She provided loads of information about the island. Can't wait to go back!!

Amazing trip

The property looked exactly like the pictures. The manger was very friendly and easy to contact with any questions. They also made sure we had all the info Marion we needed before heading out. Location was perfect. Sapphire beach was right there with a beach bar. Red hook was a 3 min drive with plenty of restaurants. Ferry to St. John is right there too. Had a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

nice renovation of property and location in complex . very comfortable with everything that you needed . Deanna was easy to communicate with when contacted . sudis and one of the pools was steps away . had breakfast couple mornings out of the few days limited items but good . nice that you did not have to go somewhere just for breakfast . lunch was good also . great view and not far to walk for a cab and saphire beach .cab rides to other locations , red hook for ferry , mountain top for view , water bay for sun and sand bar n grill close to margaritaville which to us was nothing special except to catch a cab when you left sun and sand . wasn't crowded on the east side of island . Trunk bay was still beautiful 35 yrs later. condo location was excellent for view and ease of travel . next time we will stay longer like I did 35 yrs ago on frenchmans reef . Island time condo will be first pick if we don't stay on st john .
