The apartment is on the ground floor of a house that was built in 2008. It is located on a hill, in a quiet and sunny location with a wonderful view of the mountains. The landlord lives directly on the 2nd Floor.

The living area is 42m² and can accommodate 2-3 people incl. Eat-in kitchen for SELF-CATERING.

Access to the apartment via a separate entrance. Parking in front of the house.

Sauberes gepflegtes Objekt
Sauberes Wohnung. Klein aber fein. Wir waren mit unserem 4 Jährigen Sohn da und es hat alles gepasst. Das kleine Bad ist vom Schlafzimmer aus zu begehen und mit einer Schiebetür getrennt. Ein kleiner Außenbereich ist vorhanden. Für die Tasse Kaffee am morgen reicht es. Zum darauf verweilen ist es recht offen. Insgesamt für uns hat es alles gepasst, da wir viel unterwegs waren und einen kurzen Aufenthalt gebucht haben. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden was man so benötigt. Inkl. Aussicht auf die Zillertaler Berge. Die Wohnung liegt am Berg und die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist ein gutes Stück entfernt, so dass man schon das Auto benötigt. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Winterurlaub im Apartment Gruber
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Silke Gruber in ihrer tollen Wohnung im wunderschönen Zillertal. Es war wieder sehr schön und erholsam. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und es war rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!

Für Fahrrad Urlaub ist die Wohnung absolut ungeeignet.
Bei Anfrage ob geschützte Fahrrad Unterbringung vorhanden sei kam keine Antwort und es war dann so das es so eine Unterbringung nur über 15 sehr steile Treppe möglich war , keine Rampe vorhanden und das wo ein E Bike 30 Kilo wiegt! Zur Wohnung: Einfach und sauber, in anderen Wohnungen wird der Gast vorallem bei 14 Tägiger Buchung mit Einer Flasche Wein und Wasser begrüßt zu mal man von 800 Kilometern und Sonntags ankommt.

Tolles Apartment!
Das Apartment war genau wie es beschrieben war. Es hat eine sehr ruhige Lage und ist sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin Frau Gruber ist sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen zu erreichen. Alles ist sehr unkompliziert. Das zillertal und die Unterkunft sind sehr zu empfehlen. Man möchte am liebsten nie wieder weg.

Nette zuvorkommende Vermieterin. Das Einchecken funktionierte bestens wie vereinbart. Die FeWo besteht aus 2 Zimmern Vorraum, Bad und kleiner Terrasse , ist modern, zweckmäßig und neuwertig eingerichtet. Alles war blitzblank und sauber, besser geht es nicht. Schöne Aussicht auf die Zillertaler Berge. Wie waren voll zufrieden.
